My husband called to make an appointment. they said the earliest they could come out is the 25th of oct. *** said that would be fine and the appointment. the service man on the 21st. he called but we wasn't home .I called him back an explained he came on the wrong date. he said that what he had down. he said he had other calls in the area and call the office and make another appointment. than we get a bill for 59 dollars. I called to ask why we were charged. (they did come on the wrong date) The lady said on the phone her boss said to charge them anyway. than she was rude and hung up on me. (THIS IS A POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE)Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/11/12) */ Hopefully you received my voicemail the other day. the trip charge was credited off 10/26/2021. I apologies for the confusion on this you should have not been billed a trip charge.
