In April of 2023, our business decided to switch vendors from Linde to ***** *** as we were unhappy with the customer service we received from Linde. While transitioning from Linde to ***** we retained our existing supply of gas and only purchased new gas from our new supplier. In July of 2023, our office begin the process of moving and had Linde come pick up the number of containers we were told that remained. Over the course of the last 7 months, we've had countless conversation with our (***** *****) Account Manager, Customer Service, and (***** *****) a Senior Manager. Our discussions have ranged from "your account is good to be closed and nothing is needed" by Custome Service, "You owe us 7 cylinders" from Account Manager, to a lack of response by the Senior Manager. We are still paying our bill on time in hopes we get this resolved, however, this is our last ditch attempt to get it taken care of. We are disappointed by the lack of organization and expeditious attention to important details. We hope we can receive a fair and reasonable resolution.
