      The unit that I bought and had them install has had issues since the day that we picked it up . First the wires were not properly crimp cause a possible fire or short to the truck. Second they removed parts from the truck and never returned them to us after the build. Filling this there has been functionality issues with how it worked since day one and I have been going back and forth with both the manager and the owner and have not been able to get them to follow through with anything. Then the cylinder broke and then the main supporting pin thats holds the unit together snap out cause the truck to be damaged and the vehicale being moved to be dropped. We reach out and tried to deal with the company and they continue to tell us what we wanted to hear and never followed through with what they said they would do to help! These guys are stealing from customers and not supporting there product that is cheaply and poorly built and they have a history of these same issues!

      Ok so since **************** has been using social media and the BBB to hold our company essentially hostage if we did not meet his full demands we will turn this over to our legal team. We have however talked with *************** numerous times and have sent him parts and everything possible to help him however at this point we are at a loss on how we are supposed to fix something under our warranty issues[ expired warranty] if we don't have the truck to fix it, We have advised *************** to bring us the truck and we would be happy to fix it . *************** stated that he has some family issues and cannot bring us the truck and wanted a tech to be sent 300 miles to his location to fix the truck onsite, We advised him that is impossible as we would not have access to machines or tools to properly repair this lift. This lift is out of warranty but we would like to make *************** happy and will do whatever we can to help him . We sent *************** parts many times in the past without asking for the old parts as per our warranty in an effort to help this customer. It seems like at this time *************** may have money issues and is looking for free money and or a complete rebuild of a unit that has an expired warranty. We will not be held hostage and strongarmed by a customer threatening to leave bad or any other company for that matter. I will be meeting with legal counsel this week to discuss my companies options in this matter and will keep BBB updated as information comes available. ************.

      I purchased a lift 2/1/23. When I came back to pick up my truck I noticed there were parts cut off and parts were missing. I said something to him about this and he said they had to cut the parts off, there was birds nest on the trailer connector, and they couldn&#**;t hook the wires. In June I called and let him know the hydraulic hose had bust. He said they would send me those hose in the mail but I never received it after two weeks of waiting. on 9/18/23 I reached out to him and let him know my in and out cylinder on my lift was not working. He told me to bring it up there. He said I needed new batteries. I replaced the batteries and it&#**;s still doing the same thing. I posted a video about my experience with the business and the owner called me cussing and threatening me. He also commented on the video and slandered me. I told him I would get a lawyer. He said the only way they would fix my truck was if I brought it to them for 3 days, and they weren&#**;t going to send me any parts. I didn&#**;t feel comfortable bringing my truck back after him threatening, slandering and cussing at me.

      We talked with ************** on multiple occasions to help him resolve his issues. ************** stated the in/out function was not working properly and brought the truck to us to repair and we did after finding his batteries needed replaced. The unit was abused and not taken care of and ************** stated to us that he had been in a wreck with the truck as another car had rearended him. **************, we think tried fixing the unit himself after the crash as he tightened bolts up on the unit that should have been left alone as they are fitted to each unit specifically. We advised ************** after he posted a video on social media stating I wouldn't answer my phone. This call was made to me on a Saturday morning, and I was in a gymnasium in ******* **** with little to no service. I texted him and told him I would call another time. It was my daughter's championship Volleyball game. I have over ***** received call from ************** trying to help him through this issue.  We feel that with ************** stating the truck was in a crash where the wheel lift was hit, we cannot honor the warranty as it's not our fault but would be willing to fix it free of charge and inspect it if the truck was brought to us and left so we had time to disassemble it and inspect all the pieces for insurance reasons. We feel we have bent over backwards to help ************** to try and resolve these issues but the customer we feel wants broken parts he incurred in an accident for free that he was probably paid for by the insurance company. We are still willing to help this customer out.  We would honor the warranty after our inspection from that point forward after inspection and repair.

      I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory I feel the company should pay for my expenses since this would be my second time coming down to try fix the issue $450.00 hotel $308.00 fuel since ***** miles round trip this company
