This company must delete the complaints… i can’t honestly believe i’m the only one who has ever complained against this company! On octber 11th i ordered a multiport adapter directly from them with expedited shipping. The next thing i know, they tell me those particular adapters are on backorder. I wrote back to cancel my order. All i got was an email as “confirmation” that they cancelled my order. But i go to my order history page just now, and i see they still didn’t cancel my order!!! And i *still* see the pending charge on my card. The girl who sent the email to “confirm” my order was cancelled didn’t even bother answering my question about why i still don’t see the cancellation! Her name was “jen s.” The order number is #*********. I have screenshots as proof of everything.
