Buckeye Granite in ***************, installed our granite and damaged our cabinets. They are refusing to answer my calls and get back to me to make it right. They initially came out and scratched one of my cabinets and cut the outlets so large that even oversized covers wouldn't work. They also drilled into my (undermount) sink, so my faucet had to be installed with shims by the plumber. ***** assured me they would make it right and I thought that he would. The next go round, it didn't go much better. I told him while the crew was installing that there appeared to be issues going on and that I needed a supervisor to come watch the crew finish the job. He said they were a small company, and he did not have anyone. During this redo install of my granite, they scratched 3 more of my cabinets. They also disassembled my sink upon arrival and left it unhooked when they left. The sink was still not able to be installed properly, due to their mistakes. There are currently still shims under my faucet and this isn't right. I tried reaching ***** the owner many times, via text and phone calls and they are now avoiding me and avoiding making it right. I need to be compensated for the damage to my property because we just purchased new cabinets and spent upwards of 15k on our kitchen renovation. Do not use this company. Yes, they are cheaper, but at the end of it, cheaper isn't better. I am regretting using them. It's really so disappointing because I thought ***** was so nice initially. Bad customer service and they don't make it right when they make mistakes.

The scratched cabinets and wall that we were made aware of were on a piece that had spanned across cabinets that had a tall cabinet on the left side and a wall on the right side. We make all customers aware that on pieces like that it is possible that there will be damage and even though we do our best to minimize it, most of the time it is unavoidable. The outlets referred to was cut incorrectly, and we did come and replace that piece with correctly sized outlet holes. The additional damage to the cabinets was located in an area that would not have made sense for us to be the cause of. Also in this area there was a hole that was from a screw, that I know we would not have been responsible for. The disassembling of the sink was where we replaced the sink countertop and removed the existing sink from the countertop to reattach to the new countertop. The part that was unhooked was the actual plumbing for the sink (drain and water lines) that we do not install because we are not licensed plumbers. The hole drilled into the sink is something that we have had to do hundreds of times because the factory hole location does not exactly line up with where we drill our faucet holes. We have never had a customer have a plumber who has issues installing the faucet when drilled this way. We resolved the issues that we were responsible for and honestly believe that the homeowner is being lead astray by the contractor (who I believe is a relative of the homeowner) who thinks they are an expert in our field.
