            Do not, I repeat DO NOT book a cabin with this company! We were supposed to check in Saturday and they never sent us our code. We called MULTIPLE times, left 2 voicemails, and a Facebook message. We attempted for hours with no luck. We ended up having to pay for a hotel room. Luckily, they sent us the code for Sunday. However, they refuse to refund us for Saturday even though it was not our fault. I sent them the only messages I received from them (which did not include the code) phone records and a screens of the messages. They still will not refund us. This a horrible business. We only want a refund for one night. They also told us that they would call us back Sunday, never did. I had to send them a message three days later to finally get a call back. The lady I spoke with, ****, is rude and pretty much laughed at me for wanting a refund. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! The cabin we rented was Slopeside- avoid it at all cost.
