I purchased a 30 day package with this company and only used 12 visits, there was a virus going around their facility and they had to close 2 weeks into his visits within that time frame my dog ended up getting CPV and he had to have gotten it from this facility considering its only transmitted through dogs and thats the only place he is around other dogs. It has an incubation period of 2-6 months. We asked the owner for a refund of the 18 visits we had remaining and she said she would cancel the rest of the visits and work on the refund within a few days. A week passed no refund. We texted her asking about the refund and she stated that she doesn't do refunds and that she spoke with her vet friend and that our dog would be fine to return within 2 weeks, which isn't the case at all for this kind of virus. She was very rude and said we will not be getting paid for the services we haven't even used. We have had multiple issues with her since our dog has been there, she over fed him when we had told her that he has been experiencing stomach issues from over feeding and she allowed him to be outdoors while he was soak and wet in freezing temperatures when I confronted her about these issues she basically stated that she knew best and that there was nothing wrong in what she was doing, not even taking into consideration our concerns as the paying customer. I am at a loss on what to do at this point, I really don't see how its fair we our now out $300 for services that aren't even going to be provided.
