      January 23, 2023 I placed a $707.26 order, order number *****. Small pieces of the order arrived one from Fed Ex the other shipped via Postoffice. How ever the bulk of the order has not arrived a month later. They debited my account for the full amount right away. When I tried Emailing them, I received an autogenerated response. When I tried calling them there was no answer (FULL MAILBOX). I would like to touch base with a live warm body to get on the same page.

      I ordered a 8,000 piece bolt kit and 4 drawers with a cabinet in may of 2022. I ordered them by phone and that is the only time I have been able to communicate by phone with this business. I have sent several emails and finally had a reply from an email sent 10-25-22 on 12-20-22. The last email stated they had been auditing orders and seen that I had not received my storage bins and drawer and they would be shipped in a few weeks. That was two months ago and have not heard anything else about the products I purchased 9 months ago and still have not received.

      The business contacted me today 3-6-2023 from a blocked number. They left a voicemail stating she was the new manager and hoping to resolve this issue over the phone. She did not leave a call back number and said she was contacting the supplier for my missing bins. She also stated in the voicemail to email them if have anymore questions or concerns. This issue is still not resolved as I have not received my products I paid for or had my money refunded.

      I have received all of my missing items from my order 10 months ago. The new manager called and left me a message stating she had hired someone to answer emails and they were working to get this issue resolved. It did take a while to get and answer but I received my items within a week of them acknowledging the issue. Hopefully the new manager get things in order and get their business turned around.

      Purchase date 10/27/22 Invoice number *****  Bolt bins backordered over three months. Cannot get response via email, phone call, or voicemail (mailbox full). I just want to know that I am not getting scammed mainly, but when a company will not respond it gives you a pretty good indicator. If we cannot reach a resolution I will be forced to file a suit. Thank you

We get it's frustrating and are sorry for the inconvenience. We regret your bin was not ordered much sooner. We will order your bin today, and it should ship shortly.

      On 12/15/2021, I ordered over 10,000 pieces of hardware and paid over $1000. Included in this order was 3 metal bins to store all of the pieces of hardware. I never received the metal bins. I emailed numerous times, and only about half of my emails were responded to by this company. When I did receive a response, it was the same every time, stating they would ship my items within 2 weeks. I've yet to receive my bins, and have not been provided date of when they will be shipped.       My complaint is the same as all the others. I ordered the grade 5 bolt kit and was told I would get the bolts but the bins would come later as they were back ordered. I got the bolts fairly quick but it has been six months and still have not received my bolt bins. I think this is a big scam I just want what I paid for!!!!

      I bought a nut and bolt kit. I have received the nuts and bolts but no bins. I have tried many times to email and call. My order was for over a $1000. I just want my nut and bolt bins.

      I ordered a bolt and bin kit from this company August 23rd and have not received the bins. They will not answer calls or respond to email. I would like the bins I have been waiting on for months, or at least a refund of the bin portion of my order.

      I am rejecting this response because: 

      Our purchaser was RG Young and Son, as shown in the image that was attached.

      A message was received that stated that the company is under new management and the missing items from the order would be shipped within a few weeks directly from their supplier.  The message was received in the first week of December.  The order was placed in August.  The vessel returns to New Hampshire in 30 days.  Hopefully the missing items will be waiting.

      I ordered 5170 piece Grade 5 bolt kit with 2 @ 40 hole bins for $929.99 (order # *****) on 9/4/22. My credit card was charged on 9/5/22. The bolts were delivered on 9/9/22 and the bins were supposed to arrive separately 2-4 weeks later. I still have not received them. I have many numerous attempts to contact the company via phone and email. It's impossible to reach anyone by phone or leave a message. I got one automated email response on 10/14/22 saying that they are under new management and will contact me soon. I still have not heard back from anyone and still not received my bins (which I paid for). This is unacceptable...the bolts are useless to me without a way to store them.
