If you want to share an experience with a loved one and witness them being taken advantage and endure stress unnecessarily Cory **** is your individual. He pathetically speaks what a true business operator should do, but it is all a sham. He shares with customers lack of crew issues, personal relationship fall outs, truck issues etc. All that a customer should never know. He wants pity? He is pitiful but deserves none. His work is poor, an will not last and I'm not sure how certified to even do? Definitely not worth the costs, oh of which he asks and takes money before the job is done. And proceeded with my mom to take money for a railing that as of today still not installed, 3 months later! She has since asked for money back or railing and he has refused. When I proceeded to speak to him, he promised times he would be at my mom's to do what he needed and promised to make right areas of sitting water. I asked for something in writing for next season since too late to do now. Oh promises to go, i think he likes to hear himself speak. I have texts of all promises, I have a recorded call, I have called, my mother has called and he ignores the calls. In conversation I did have, he was bragging about how he was 3 months booked for next year. I promise whomever has signed on, your money is gone and your job may not get done for he referenced not being sure he would still be in business. And his # has changed. Shameful and disgusting and I'm not sure how a parent or child could be proud. I'm guessing they couldn't be. It's a shame that there are predators out there on the elderly. His work and his values as a business owner are disheartening and will be further looked in to, for he needs to right his wrongs or close up and stop inflicting people's lives with lies and negatively. Step up and be accountable. Utterly shameful!!
