I tried to make a reservation on Tuesday, 02AUG for ********* using the online system. I called immediately after and was told I couldn't get ANY confirmation information & that someone would CALL to confirm. No one called. As it was short notice & the lack of reservation confirmation did not surprise me. BUT I WAS later charged full price on card. I called to dispute the charge & the lady was VERY RUDE WHILE I was trying to ask her to slow down because she was incoherent. She claimed that she sent an email but as I tried to explain I called immediately after trying online to confirm and received NO CONFIRMATION. She stated that I did online to avoid a phone call. No. I attempted online in order to finder available dates & available accommodations. I called to confirm and was unable to do so. I simply want my charges refunded and the proprietor to be more responsible.
