            On March 8, 2022, I have a signed contract and paid a total of $2,500 for Sabo Design Associates to perform new home plans.The following services were included in the contract: • Preliminary Design o Design - Deposit Received • Construction Documents - per Contract amount o Additional Charges to Construction Drawings ? 3 Season Room - Included in Pricing ? Electrical Plan - Included in Pricing o Additional Services ? Site Layout – Preliminary - Included in Pricing ? Print Sets - 6 sets (24x36) 10 sets (11x17) PDF - Included in Pricing I emailed him several times with no reply (May 18, May 25, and June 7th). I have also called his office and left messages with Yvonne, the office manager. I was sent an email on June 20, 2022 Rod stated that " Many factors have changed in the recent 2 months that prohibit me from doing so. Those issues include…my superintendent moving on, an overload of design work from our builders, and changes to my personal situation. I am truly sorry to let you down, but this is a necessary decision for me. I wish you all the luck in the world, and let me know in any way I can assist." I sent him an email on June 21, 2022, requesting a refund as he failed to deliver the items stated in the contract . He did not respond. I had an attorney send him an email on my behalf on July 26, 2022. He did not respond.

            Complete idiots! Gave them money to start our home, said it would take a month or two. Took over a year. When we gave them to our builder, he said it was the worst set of plans he'd ever seen. Lack of details, no site plan and my builder revised the plans. The floor would have been like a trampoline and he would not build a house with 1/8" wall sheathing! Hire an architect or someone who knows o to build a home.
