Robert came out to look at our bath. Gave us a quote on the spot. He contacted me approximately a week later. I told him that I had not picked out my tile yet. And that my neighbor might do our bath. That I would let him know. It took me several weeks to pick out my tile. So when I got all of my materials together. I called him to get on his schedule. No return call. A couple of days later. I called again. Left a message that I would like to get on his schedule. No returned call. I'm sure that they do good work. But their customer service is horrible.

I had an emergency come up that required emergency surgery and was rushed into hospital and surgery. My wife posted on our website and we use ****** my business which has to approve any changes or posts before made public. By the time reviewed, i was better and returning phone calls. I did call her back and she is on schedule to have her bathroom done the middle of January 2022. I cant believe i just saw this today and she wrote this and didnt change when i explained to her what happen and scheduled her for her bathroom to be done. I did a follow up after bidding job back in sept. and said her neighbor was maybe going to do it and didnt hear back from her til middle november, Cant believe this review and the fact she is on schedule to be done. But she will get the same respect and amazing work by our Certified Tile Installers every one of our customers do.

Robert never called me as his response claims. He did finally text me. Explaining he was in the hospital. I said that I was sorry to hear that. So I gave him another chance. He put me on the schedule for January 10th 2022. About a week before I texted him. No response. Then I few days later I texted him again. No response. He never showed up to start my bathroom. And I never heard from him again. Turns out he packed up and moved out of the house that his business was being run out of. At the time I found out about his company, he said he was in business for a year. Now he is operating out of a different address and claiming he has 24 years of experience! I would not do business with this company!

She text me and said her and her husband had Covid 19, then said they didn't and did yes they do to move there date back. And no i did not move out of house then, our house sold in November last year and we moved. Our company has now been in business around two years, has nothing to do with the experience i have of 24 years in this field. And yes we moved and i updated my address last year in November when i moved. I text her and asked there Covid 19 status of both her and her husband and no response. This review is a lie and i can provide proof of all mentioned on my behalf and i feel should be removed. She is looking to bash me and my company and i have all messages from day one and her saying they were going to have neighbor do it, to then wanting me to do it. To as soon as scheduling with me they came down with Covid 19, then they didn't and then did and to reschedule them. I have all proof and can and will provide to remove and feel this is harassment and they need to do research on what they are going to lie about before they do and understand the meaning and difference of years in business having opening my own company and years i personally have in experience in the tile and remodeling trades and certifications i hold from my years doing gaining my experience before opening my business and being in business. This review should be removed and i will file to have removed and contact my lawyer also.
