      NO STARS! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! My grandparents have been loyal customers to this company for 30 years. The other day, their microwave died and the first place they thought to go to was Snow Bros. (NOT BEST BUY, LOWES OR HOME DEPOT) since they never disappointed. Yesterday, they bought a $200 microwave, went home, only to discover that it did not fit. They tried to return the microwave SAME DAY in exchange for a BIGGER and MORE EXPENSIVE microwave that was a better fit, but they rudely refused our service and failed to inform them us of this policy when we originally ASKED the policy. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!

      Melissa (Office Manager) said she would refund the cost of the wrong ordered double oven ($2,969.97) and now she has stopped the refund to my bank. After 5 hours of waiting for the sales person they ordered the wrong appliance. How difficult is it to show them the floor model and they order a completely different appliance. Wasted 5 hours, 1 day for install that never happened, to still have no double oven or my cash back. DON'T BOTHER GOING HERE

      Used to be a fabulous place to shop. We would automatically call there if needed an appliance.Knowledgeable,friendly sales people and excellent service. Think it has been sold or somehow management changed. My wife ordered and PAID for a refrigerator in November 2021. Shortly after, Snow Brothers contacted to inform that it could no longer deliver that model. When my wife went into see what else was available,there was the refrigerator she had ordered sitting on the floor. She told the sales rep she would take that one. Instead of arranging delivery, she was given a fairy tale as to why she couldn't buy it. So ordered an alternative at higher price and PAID the difference. We assume saved the floor model for a friend or family member.Snow Brothers has been sitting on the money until this day. Wonder how many others have been making interest free loans. My wife called this past week, to find out if there was a possible,delivery date,after all these months, she has not even received a courtesy return call.

      Hi Richard, I do apologize that your wife did not receive a return phone call. That is not the way we like to do things. I however, do not think it is fair of you to make false accusations as to how the business is run. If you would like more information on the extensive back orders we have been seeing from the manufacturers and how the orders are filled when the product does arrive I would be happy to walk you through that.       I purchased $6,000.00 worth of appliances from Snow Brothers. My salesman was Joe P. and needless to say he has been very disappointing. Joe was extremely poor at keeping me updated on arrival of my appliances, I had to call weekly, questioning if any one of my six appliances were in, you would think he would check on all of them, no, I had to ask about each one individually. Joe never took initiative to keep the customer informed. My washing machine was delivered with a dent in the front, the delivery person stated if they took it back, I wouldn't get another for 6 months, they then made a call and said I could be refunded $75.00, that has still not happened. Next my dishwasher was delivered however the door wouldn't close and I was told I had to call Total Appliance to come repair it, really, it just got delivered, it turns out the entire inside of the dishwasher was caved in, and they would have to send another one, this took 3 weeks. Next my range was delivered, the delivery men were very nice however they hooked up my range incorrectly which resulted in the fire department coming to my home due to a gas leak. I still have never heard from Joe. I chose to shop at Snow Brothers thinking what a great company they must be, they have been in business for years. How disappointed I have been.

      DON'T PURCHASE FROM SNOW BROTHERS IN LYNDHURST, OHIO! I purchased apx $9,000.00 of kitchen appliances at this store. My salesman, Jeff, agreed TWICE to delivery my appliances to my home, including placing them into my home, not just into my garage, at my builder's request. The delivery crew refused to put the refrigerator into my home, stating numerous excuses. I contacted the store and spoke with Bill and Melissa who both hung up on me. PURCHASE YOU APPLIANCES SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

      Hi Mr. and Mrs. S*******, we are sorry that you are not happy with your delivery experience. After reviewing the photos of the delivery site we did not feel it was safe to have our delivery drivers lift the refrigerator up the unfinished stairs as it would not fit through the garage door. We would be happy to schedule another stop to bring the refrigerator into the kitchen for you as soon as the entrance is finished.       I ordered a dishwasher on 9/1/21 and they e-mailed my invoice on 9/2/21 and took payment for it on 9/3/21 after I spoke to Melissa **** about delivery date. She told me that I the nearest date would be in October. I agreed and we set up the date for 10/2/21 exactly one month after I ordered it. I called the company on 9/30/21 to establish an ETA time for my delivery. I was told that they would call me the day before with that information. On Friday 10/1/21, I received an e-mail from Melissa telling me that I couldn't get my dishwasher delivered on Saturday 10/2/21 because she just looked up my address and realized that I lived on the west side and they only delivered there on Tuesdays and Fridays and could wait until Tuesday 10/5/21. She didn't bother to call me, I had to call her. She assumed that I lived on the east side. I told no and she had three choices to resolved this. #1) Since it's Friday deliver it today. According to her that was not possible. #2) Deliver it tomorrow like they promised. Strike two. #3) Cancel my order and refund my money. Reluctantly she agreed. ONE WHOLE MONTH OF MY TIME AND NOT ONE APOLOGY. Do not patronize this company. I wish I had read these reviews before I did.

      Mistakes happen and we are so sorry this happened. It is true that we go West on Tuesdays and Fridays while staying local on Saturdays. Our delivery schedule has been very difficult of late and would have most certainly wanted to accommodate you if possible. We would never inconvenience our customers intentionally.
