      I hired Cincinnati kitchens to do my remodel, a year later we started, form the beginning I never knew who was to show up to my house. The first issue was a hole in my wood floor that was a electric convection, they told me that it will be no issue as I was adding more floor and they will cover it up as this was part of the remodel, till today the hole still in the middle of the floor, also they finish the kitchen to the point that is functional and took my final payment on 6/28 and they supposed to come back and finish the last things , like my celling that’s still not done , several walls still missing baseboards, my window in the kitchen is not finished on the outside, we were reluctant to give the final payment , but Darin assure us that all the final things will be completed and since the payment I haven’t even heard about him. I will never recommend this company to anyone , is been nothing but headaches with them, also my cabinets are scratched and they supposed to be new.

      For now some items been done but I am pending the anchoring of the dishwasher, I don’t have any pictures on this. The other item is a small hole in the counter, the company is scheduled to come in already and evaluate the hole.

      Customer satisfaction is always our number one concern.  On August 30, 2022 Cincinnati Kitchens was notified by the BBB, that they had received a complaint from our client ****** *******.  We were unaware of the clients’ concerns, as no one in our office was contacted by the client indicating open items remained uncompleted. ****** was contacted immediately by Eric W****, our sales manager. Eric met with **** ******* personally in her home to address her concerns on August 31, 2022. The following is a timeline of the actions taken to resolve her issues.

      8/30/2022: BBB complaint received
      8/30/2022: Client contacted
      8/31/2022: Client met with personally by Eric W****
      9/1/2022: Counter-top fabricator notified of issue.
      9/1/2022: ************ ********* ****** notified of issue. *** will contact client directly to schedule repairs.

      I hired Cincinnati Kitchens to remodel my kitchen. The work started 11/29/2021 and went as planned. Most of the work was completed by January 12, 2022 and I made my final payment, with notes on the invoice from Cincinnati Kitchens that they still had to complete several items, including the rest of the cabinet hardware, attach baseboard, caulk parts of the baseboard, add quarter round trim by baseboard near dishwasher, replace 11 existing can lights with LED lights, and repair a gap in the floor. Since that time, the gap in the floor has been repaired. Unfortunately I have noticed that none of the quarter round and some of the other trim in the kitchen is not attached, it was left just set in place. I have also noticed several defects in the countertops. They sent a subcontractor to fix the defects (the glaze or coating over the granite chipped off) and shortly after those were fixed, the coating chipped off in additional areas. This is unacceptable for new countertops. I have made several phone calls to Darin to see when the work will be completed. He has said every time that he will talk to Eric and call me back, but I have yet to have a response. I need help getting them to finish this job and to adequately repair or replace my countertops.

      I filed this complaint ID********  - on Monday February 28 against Cincinnati Kitchens.  Since receiving the complaint, Cincinnati Kitchens has completed the job as requested.  I would like to withdraw this complaint as no further action is required.
