Had Luxury Vinyl Flooring installed back in feb 2020, with multiple repair attempts over 2 year period, with ignored messages, being told it is what it is, to their own employees saying the floor was installed incorrectly originally. We paid $6600.00 for flooring that started to fall apart just 4 months after install and the owner just keeps lying saying they will fix it with no attempt to do so. It really is sad as originally they seemed like a good local company but have turned into a nightmare. I have a ton of messages showing i was very patient with them to let them resolve this issue but just shows kindness and compassion does not pay off with some people. We would like our floor replaced at no cost to us and get what we originally paid for!Customer response

The first picture is the invoice we had the work done in in feb. 2020 started having issues in july of 2020 the other three pictures are messages between me and the business to try and resolve the issues. We have gone back and forth for years to correct the issues to now they have blocked me and will not answer me. They have said they opened a claim from the mfg and was waiting on them, i reached out to the mfg and they said they had no claim on file. At this point they have incorrectly installed flooring and took the money and ran. I have alot more pictures of our chat records showing the communications between myself and the business, where they say they will stand behind their work and get it corrected. Hired to install new flooring in kitchen, laundry room and 2 bathrooms. Repair water damage to ceiling in laundry room. These jobs were completed. I paid $1,500 on 3/3 for the materials and $1,523 on 5/26 for completion. Also new vanity, mirror, medicine cabinet in one bathroom. Room was to be painted. All work was to be completed by April 15. Vanity did not meet specifications but I accepted it after having no sink in the master bathroom for a month. The mirror fell off the wall less than 24 hours after it was hung. I have a replacement mirror which cannot be installed because the door of the medicine cabinet would swing open into the mirror. The medicine cabinet is not acceptable. The door does not close completely and the cabinet does not fit evenly into the wall. Co-owner Rachel H******** came to my home 5/24 to address issues. In addition to the above, towel ring and door stop were to be replaced, various dings to the paint and filling in holes from the original mirror. Mrs. H******** had 2 workers come that afternoon. They said the medicine cabinet could not be fixed. Did replace the towel ring and door stop. The next morning I got an EMail saying that "the crew" had "checked everything off the list" and asking me to pay an invoice for the completion of all work. I dropped off a check for $1,523 for completion of all work except the bathroom. I have been told for 3 weeks in a row that AFO has been too busy to complete the work that was promised by April 15. I want the work completed.
