March 9, 2023 we went to Mansfield Mattress Warehouse for a new mattress. We tried multiple beds out. We chose the mattress Hudson Bay Plush manufactured by ******** in ******** ****. Owner told us IF we paid cash he would give us a better deal. So we paid $1000 cash. That night I laid on the new bed 1 hour and hurt so bad I had to get up. We tried to return it today March 12, 2023. Owner immediately told me they don't do returns. I asked him why did he not tell us this to begin with??? No signs are up for not returning. He asked if we were present when laying on mattress? I told him "**** yes". That made him mad. He put receipt on counter and basically told us to leave. He raised his voice to me and husband got upset with him. He went to door, pushed it open and went out into parking lot, put on brass knuckles, told my husband we are where cameras are and kept trying to get my husband to swing at him. My husband is 69 years old!!!!! The way we were treated pissed me off more than not taking the bed back. There is no email address or phone number for them. He even told us to take him to court. He also told me to contact manufacturer. When my husband told him we don't know who that is, he told us to google it. NEVER, EVER HAVE WE BEEN TREATED SO NASTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
