      They're billing department is terrible, I have two boys that are in band in school and got trumpet rentals for both. I have been paying for both trumpets monthly. Due to there error at Metronome they sent me to collections with RBC inc in Mansfield Ohio for one of the boys. I have reached out to them and they said that it was there error and was got to remove the collections error. I'm still getting calls and mail stating that I'm in collections. Every time I try to call them The only lady that can help me is never available and I keep getting the run around.

      Good afternoon. We received a letter from the BBB today detailing a complaint that you have regarding our billing department. I want to let you know that I take full responsibility for this issue. I did reach out to RBC back in April and was told that your account would be returned to us. I should have confirmed that the account was indeed returned and closed, but I did not, and for that I apologize.

       

      I called RBC today and spoke to the office manager, ****,  who confirmed that the account was never closed, but she was able to close the account today. I asked her for confirmation and that is the email that I have forwarded to you today. You will no longer receive any correspondence or phone calls from RBC. **** advised that the record will be deleted from your credit report next Wednesday; there will be no ding to your credit score.

       

      Again, I apologize for the original error that sent your account to RBC and then the subsequent issues thereafter. Rest assured that I have followed through and I feel that the issue is resolved. Further, as a way to show how important your business and satisfaction is, I will be sending out a $50 gift card to the address on file.
