Repair my appliance's technician came out to repair our dishwasher on Dec 5th. It's an Asko, 14 years old. This is the 3rd time we had tried to get it fixed. It has been leaking even from the last repair and has warped out hard wood floors. The tech said it needed a few repairs, one of which he couldn't repair (specifically the bracket). He said it should be replaced since he won't be able to find that part, nor can he fix it. I have been in contact with both HSA home warranty and repair my appliance getting the run around for 3 weeks now. They keep saying waiting on parts and I will hear from them. No one has called me about the solution. I have called every other day and finally Repair my appliance (******) said she closed out the order and requested it be replaced. *** said they have no record of that. Got on the phone with a 3 way call and they lied right to me. Said they didn't say that and are still waiting on a diagnosis from the technician. This company is the biggest scam ever. I'm ready to file a lawsuit. I would prefer it just be replaced already!Business response

Our company was assigned to the Gross residence for a second opinion through her warranty company for their dishwasher. ************** went out on December 13th and noticed that the top brackets needed to be replaced but she has granite countertops so we had to find side brackets! Our company does not have access to Asko brand diagrams so we had to reach out to a few vendors to send us one as that took some time! Within the week of this process, *************** has called us and was rude, threatening and very aggressive on the phone, because of her behavior we contacted her warranty company and had it transferred to another company! There was no way we ruined her dishwasher or floors because we did no repairs!
This is ******* with repair my appliance! Our case number is ********. I also forgot to add she put that we went out on Dec 5th we didnt even get the work order from the warranty company until Dec. 8th.

I am rejecting this response because:
Her reply is completely false. First of all, each time I called Repair my appliance, ******* would tell me that she has already handled the situation and let HSA ( American Home Shield) , which is the warranty company, know that the dishwasher needed to be replaced since they couldn't repair it. This wasn't true. This went on for weeks. HSA said she never called. We finally got them on a 3 - way call in which ******* denied saying that right to me. ************ is unethical, not accredited and untrustworthy. In the end, they told HSA that all we needed was to replace the bracket. HSA won't replace the dishwasher now because some small print in their contract won't cover a replacement due to a bracket. Why didn't Repair my appliance let us know that they don't have access to an ASKO dealer instead of lying repeatedly for several weeks? I would give them a zero star out of a 5 star rating. Furthermore, the technician took over a week to even diagnose the issue when he told us he would have it done next day. He took the bracket with him so we couldn't even get another company for a second opinion. This was the first opinion, btw. NOT a second opinion. Our first service call was a plumber. Furthermore, I was never rude. I was extremely patient. Maybe her "threat" is referring to me letting them know that I am going to write a review of my experience with them. That wasn't a threat, it was the truth.Business response

I just spoke with my technician, he did not take any brackets as there were no brackets to take. I (*******) did put the dishwasher through as a replacement but her warranty company denied the replacement. I have documentation if needed to show the dishwasher was put through as replaced and denied. We are just a third party company working between a warrant company and a consumer, we can only recommend replacement it is up to the warranty company and their contract to decide replacement.
