  Have contacted anothe co. who said they do a walk thru before to have things moved  or picked up.  He didn't do that  one was a hoarder and the other is always putting bedding out to the curb and got rid of her mattress.  He should have reported them to health dept.  I have never had bugs and am very clean.

  I was called on Thurs. May 26 by ****** **** about roach treatment,  I told her it would be $150.00 - 175.00 plus tax for treatment, and to give it 30 days and if she was still seeing roaches I would retreat for half price.  I explained she would need to empty kitchen and bathroom  cabinets and move small items away from baseboards prior to treatment. ****** called back on June 1 stated she wanted to set up appointment and that all units would need to be sprayed ******* and *** ******* Rd Marion Ohio. She said the condo assoc. stated they would be responsible for paying for treatment. Appointments were set for June 3rd to treat units. I talked with *** **** ***** and she said she has not scene any roaches, I advised her to move small items away from baseboards and empty under kitchen  and bathroom sinks. I talked with *** **** ******* and advised her to empty cabinets and move small items away from  baseboards she said she would do her best but she was close to ninety or in her nineties. I sprayed *** and did not see any roaches, Sprayed baseboards and under sinks. **** advised that her and ****** and a history in the past, she stated ****** has called the police 37 times on her. I sprayed *** baseboards, she stated she was not able to empty cupboards, no roaches were observed. I was told by ****** she only scene them around sink and turn style cabinet and that was all she emptied. I sprayed baseboards and the cupboards that she emptied and chased out some roaches. ****** did leave the unit and went to the pool. She called me several times stating she scene roaches after I had sprayed, and I advised that was normal because it chases them out from hiding spots and to give it the 30 days and if she was still seeing them I would do the retreat for the half price. ****** called on Monday June 27th wanting a retreat, i tried to set appointment for Tues the 28th but she refused because of a  friend dying and that she was emotionally upset that she wanted to schedule for next week, so an appointment was set. She called me on Wed June 29 because she scene another roach and wanted a treatment I explained it would be half price and we set appointment for June 30th , I advised she would have to let the others know. I talked with **** in ***, she advised she had not scene any but she would pay to have it sprayed a second time her unit was sprayed the same as before, no roaches were observed. Unit *** I talked with the daughter of ****, she advised she had scene a couple when she was going through her mothers cabinets. Mother was in hospital in Columbus, daughter had things moved and all cabinets emptied the second spraying. I scene three roaches in the kitchen after spraying unit. When spraying ******'s unit the second time she had all cabinets emptied. I sprayed around all baseboards and cabinets chasing out 4 in kitchen. She was advised to leave for 2 to 3 hours to let chemical dry, and to put paper towels or news papers down in cabinets prior to putting stuff back in cabinets. ****** left unit and said not to worry about closing door, she was also told not to wash cabinets out or she would wash away chemical that would kill the roaches. After talking with ****'s daughter and her brother who is an attorney, it sounded like they didn't get along with ****** either. I was called July 1 by ****** stating she scene a roach and she wanted her money back. She stated she had talked with other companies and that she was unhappy with the service. She said she was going to call the BBB, went to Health Dept. and was calling the police to file a complaint because she stated the roaches came from  the other units and not hers.

  ****** stated she had talked with other companies stating we didn't do our job as they would. For one company to say another didn't do the job right is wrong. Companies use different methods and chemicals but  we all strive to achieve the same results. I did not observe any thing setting outside around structure but do not feel it is my responsibility to report to Health Department. I feel ****** didn't give enough time for the treatment to work, I think she wanted instant results, but I explained it took time. The second treatment was done before thirty days had passed at her request. I do not think she is entitled to a refund.
