Respectful and friendly staff, but actually recieving a quote was painstakingly difficult. I requested a quote for a metal roof, as well as a seperate quote for shingles as a means of comparing prices, and making a good decision on what direction to go with my home. The inspector stopped by and took all measurements and stated that i would recieve my quote within a couple business days. A week passed by with no response from the company. At that stage i decided to check in, after checking in multiple times upon not recieving my quote, i finally recieved a single quote for a shingle roof, but not metal. At this stage i decided to just give up on obtaining "The Roof Guys" services. I felt that the whole job was going to pan out how this quote was going. I understand that low staffing, and high demand *** have been at play here, but still i feel that communication could of been alot better, as well as getting the customer the correct material quoted. I felt like i was begging an acquaintance who also works fulltime for a favor on a roof job, as opposed to paying for a licensed professionals workmanship.Review from Kimberly E

We called The Roof Guys out I. October 2021 for an issue with our garage. When it was windy or raining, we would have shingles flapping and water in the garage.They came out and said we just needed to replace and retack down the shingles and thatll fix it. Charged us $500 and left nails and the shingles they removed all over the ground and in the gutters.Starting in December we started to have water dripping again in the garage.Im February they came back out and said well you need the epdm saddle on your roof. Thatll be $750.For an issue that was supposed to be fixed in October; is now causing an even bigger problem in our garage.We called another company to come fix it. We will never do business with ******* and we wont recommend to others.

Hello, we came out last year and replaced the missing shingles on the back of your garage and sealed the shingles around them. That was the issue you showed us. When we came back out the shingles we installed were still in place and we notice the saddle should have epdm because of the condition of the shingles. We also fixed the siding on your chimney. As for the shingle left in the gutter your husband said not to worry about it. We fixed the damage to the roof that we seen at the time and gave a estimate for a separate issue.Review from Robert C

We had trouble finding someone to repair our roof. We called many places in the ****** area and calls were not returned, we were stood up or they said they could not do it. The Roof Guys were very professional and said they could fix it. They came the next week, totally repaired and redid a problem area and we could not be happier. We totally recommend the Roof Guys and we will use them again if we have roof problems.Review from A Sinden

They were great. Inspected my roof after I had a leak over the weekend. Showed me images of what was going on and advised me on what I could do to fix it immediately and what I might have to do in the future. I went ahead and signed up to have my roof replaced in metal. They sealed the area that was leaking so I wouldn't have any issues while I'm waiting for my roof to be replaced and I was told that wouldn't take long to happen either. Very happy. They answered all the questions I had and were up front about costs.Review from R Cooper

***** did an excellent job on my roof and gutter repairs. I called, then and they were there the next morning to give me an estimate. The work was performed the same day after I approved the work. I had a home inspection later that week and the roof passed with no issues. I highly recommend The Roof Guys! ***** is the man!
