03/04/2024 Amount Car Payment: $342 monthly Service: Promised car warranty Voided warranty because they claimed we deliver with door dash in the vehicle. Their evidence is our bags in the car and daid we have bank statements. There also isnt any paper work signed by myself or my boyfriend stating that if we used the vehicle for door dash the warranty that they are so proud of and the reason they are so expensive would be voided. They have been rude to me upon every encounter and talked to me like I was less than. They revoked their monthly maintenance routine and now charging for repairs especially the repairs the vehicle needed before purchase. I will not be purchasing from this company again.Business response

On January 1st 2022 I went to streetwise motors inc in marion Ohio and traded in a car that I had gotten from streetwise for a newer car. All was good till August 28th 2022 when the chevy equinox 2011 that I had gotten from streetwise which is financed with streetwise I have never missed a payment with them .I pay 199.00 $ every 2 weeks. O. August 28th I had to pay to get the equinox towed to streetwise lot because it would not start up. They checked the equinox out and said the starter was out and they replaced that then they said the engine was knocking bad so they said they replaced that then they said the transmission was acting up between 3 and 4th gear so they sent it to there transmission shop. And streetwise said they were waiting on a part from chevy. Now three months have passed since they have had the car now. I called last week to streetwise and they told me the transmission shop got the part and the transmission shop was just finishing up and had to take the car from a test drive and it should be on October 28th 2022 so I called back to streetwise at 3pm on the 28th of October and they said the transmission shop still was waiting on the parts from chevy. I have been making my 199.00 $ car payment every 2 weeks and the time they have had my car I have had no replacement car I'm the mean time and I have kids to take to school and many doctors appointments. So I have to pay a car payment and pay to get my kids to school and to doctors which is costing me twice to three times more to get my things done. I'm to a point I don't know what to do anymore. Any help getting this issue resolved would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.Business response

We had been in touch regularly with Mr ******** during the last couple months. We know how frustrating it can be, but no one can foresee multiple failures. Combine that with labor shortages and supply chain issues and we've had a mess. The good news is Mr ******** picked up his Equinox on Monday 11/7 with replaced motor and rebuilt transmission paid by warranty. We will continue to make sure all is going well.

8-18-22- purchased a 2012 subaru forester, Check engine light was on, provided paperwork showing the engine light was a misfire, the problem was resolved by replacement parts, 8-20-22 92.4 miles, the front end has serious safety issues, the vehicle has misfires on cylinders 3 and 4, Catalytic convertor is clogged, Break slider pins were not greased in a competent manner after proof of breaks being replaced by dealer causing serious rubbing of front pads and rotors Rear end has a serious defect of rocking on take off, front end has a serious safety issue of rocking on coming out of a turn. There's a major vibration coming from the rear of the vehicle not entirely sure as to where the issue is arising fromBusiness response
