Moore’s construction was remodeling our bathroom in October/November of 2021. They didn’t finish the work to our bathroom after being paid in full. The one worker wanted my husband to do some type of paint job because they were busy with other jobs which for starters doesn’t make since why my husband should have done anything when we were paying them. I also had a baby in October and was on maternity leave along with my husband. We both went back to work in mid November. My husband messaged the worker a few months later and asked to finish the job and told the worker how they damaged our basement sink. The worker did not reply. I then emailed the owner and called the worker. The worker did not answer so I texted him a few days later only to be harassed and told I’m not coming back have someone else to finish the job. I couldn’t believe the unprofessionalism and messaged the owner on ********. The owner replied back and talked to my husband how he was gonna come and finish the job and to expect to hear back by the weekend. A month has went by now. My husband messaged the owner again and it’s been several days without any response. This company has stolen our money and our bathroom has not been finished, very crappy work has been done, our basement sink ruin, and unprofessional business employees. If this company would just finish our bathroom there wouldn’t be a complaint being made. But after asking a worker to finish our bathroom and the employee lying, making excuses, being rude to a customer, demanding final payment without the bathroom being finished, I feel like this “business” is a scam.
