THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER CONTACT YOU AGAIN! We signed a contract on Feb 1 for them to replace 8 of our windows with ****** ****** windows. We put down a deposit of $8500 and were told after 10-12 weeks we would be contacted to schedule. I emailed week 13 and asked where we were, Ransom responded that my windows were in and that he would call me to schedule. Two weeks went by of him saying he would call to schedule and he never did. After this, I started to see all of the reviews coming to light about them taking deposits and not contacting the customers. I started to do some digging and here is what I found: their BBB accreditation was revoked in March of 24... I called ****** and they said that they have been receiving calls from customers asking if they ever got orders from MBR and she said that they have him blacklisted since he has been promising people their products and not ever delivering them. I also texted the employee we mostly worked with and he told me that he had quit due to Ransom not paying him and that we should contact the Attorney General. I then emailed Ransom saying that this is what we would be doing if we were not given our money back and he told me he had our windows and would install them for us. I asked him for proof and he sent me an invoice with a photo that showed 1 ****** ******* (not the endure we were promised) window on it, nothing stating that it was for me, nothing about the other 7 windows... nothing. I told him that wasn't our window and he assured me it was and if I tried to get my money back by filing with my credit card company that he would send his attorney after me, which from the other reviews his "attorney" does not even represent him. I asked him MANY times for proof that he had our windows and the name of his "distributor" who supposedly was holding them until install and he wouldn't give them to me. He would stop responding until I threatened legal action and then all of the sudden he was able to respond.

Had this company install a sliding glass door and screen door. Initially was happy with price and work until it came to delivery and installation of screen door. After weeks of back and forth with them and fighting back and forth, denying the cost and installation included the screen door with sliding glass door, he finally sent someone with the screen door to install. Took the installer 25 minutes to do the work. Now, roughly 9 months later their is an issue with the sliding glass door. It drops on the back roller. Installers stripped the Phillips head screw inset so I can't even adjust it myself. Again, back and forth calls and texts with every excuse know to mankind imaginable on why he hasn't come to fix the rear roller on the sliding glass door. This has been going on since 2/21/24. Today 4/10/24 he guaranteed he would be here. It's probably about a 30 minute fix if that, again a no show and no word on his next promise date to fix this. So much for the double lifetime warranty from MBR LLC!

I paid this company in full and now they don’t pick up my phone calls and have not completed the work after 3 months.

Love our windows! MBR did an amazing job, on time and professional. Also very knowledgeable about how to finance the project.
