5 starsThe people at Bed Bug Solutions are just wonderful. We had an overrun of bedbugs. They gave us a quote on how much their service would cost, which we thought was very reasonable. Even though they had to treat our house 4 times, that quote remained the same. They didn't charge extra for the multiple treatments. Their employees really know what they're doing. They're professional, yet kind. They patiently answered all of our questions and allayed our fears. We learned a lot from them about the places where bedbugs are most likely to be picked up. It's been 4 months since our last treatment and we haven't seen a single bedbug, alive or dead. They do such excellent work. They gave us a one-year warranty. When that warranty is ready to expire, we will definitely renew it. You can't go wrong with Bed Bug Solutions. They're the best!Review fromCherie H

They did a wonderful job and were very professional in every way. Could not have asked for a better result. I even had question cause of things I needed to find and they were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Thank you soooo much, you made this much easier than I expected. You are a blessing, and I am so greatful.See you again in a couple of weeks for the check-up.

The ladies that came to my house did a great job. Did the entire house, I even asked for the upstairs and they took care of it. I asked about the carpenter bees out back under the deck railing and they said to shoot the office a call and they can handle those as well. Overall very satisfied!Bed Bug Solutions Cincinnati

I have had two experiences with Jen and Mark, Paige and their team. The first time was my first experience with the bugs when living in OTR. I had no idea what I was dealing with. I actually stumbled across their service, thank goodness! I was amazed at the excellent customer service and I am a person who asks a lot of questions, all of which were patiently and kindly explained. What really impressed me was I could text Jen or Paige with a concern and they responded remarkably quickly. I was able to stay calm during the whole situation due to not just their excellent customer service but their genuine concern. My 2nd experience was in a different apartment, approximately six years later and needless to say the company experience remained exactly the same, excellent, kind and patient. I cannot say enough about this company. I am dealing with a different bug (but unfortunately with the same life span and cycle of bed bugs: the dreaded carpet beetles!!!! Ugh! I hate them. I have had 2 big name companies come out and BBS of Cincinnati by far has made the most impact!!! I now have them come out for maintenance. They are respectful, friendly and patient with my obsession over these pets. No judgment, come in an unmarked car - they just do it right and I TRUST them.
