A great company! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! I called in the morning and they had a technician out same day and he was there before the scheduled time! I always recommend this company to anyone I know that needs help with HVAC. Im a customer for life!Review from Greg S

Very courteous and professional staff. The process was thoroughly explained to me and all the options were laid out clearly for me to choose. Air Authority has done an excellent job of servicing our furnace and a/c for years...so when it became necessary to retire our existing equipment, they were at the top of our list. Our salesperson took the time to thoroughly evaluate our needs, was extremely prompt in providing us with an estimate, and offered ample information to help us make informed decisions. Our installation crew was top notch... on time and courteous with fantastic workmanship and attention to detail. Our expectations were exceeded from start to finish.Review from Lori L

I highly recommend Air Authority. They replaced our heating & air system and I found them to be knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up after installation and are careful to protect your home during installation. So glad we chose them. A+ in our book!Review from Glenn R

Great Co. Good work. Called for a second opinion and they came very Quick. Could find nothing wrong with my furnace. Air Authority was one of 3 vendors from which I received quotes for a new HVAC system (furnace and AC). The rep was prompt, courteous, personable, and knowledgeable. He did not give me the hard sell. He simply asked the appropriate questions, took his measurements, and provided me the recommendations and associated quotes.I followed up with him a day later after looking at the other quotes and hearing the other salespersons; and I asked him about some of the points made by the other salespersons. He had ample opportunity to upsell on several occasions based on my questions, but he stuck with his recommendations, which impressed me. We chose Air Authority to install our ***** upper midrange system, and the installation went very well. They were on-time in the AM, and they were done slightly before they had anticipated. Everyone was polite and respectful; and, one week later there have been no issues.At this point, I would absolutely recommend Air Authority.Air Authority Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. Response
