Went to the Low T center in ***** **** for a consultation and bloodwork. On my second visit Oct. 11 the physician's assistant in the office (Justin T*****) claimed I required an ER visit for a possible serious condition. I was told if the ER cleared me to come back to the office to continue my consultation. Several hours later I brought back paperwork supporting my health and there were no serious conditions. I was told to leave my paperwork and go home and await a call. I have since called numerous times always to be told that I will receive a call back from a physician same day. I have never received a call back although in December the claimed to have sent me a SMS message about an appointment, (I don't see that I ever received that message). I have called their corporate office a few times and left messages and still no call backs. Not only did I pay approximately $200 for their services, I now have over $2300 in medical bills due to a mis-diagnosis by a physician's assistant(whom they refer to in the office as the doctor). The worst part is they decided based on a discriminating against me and refusing service because of an error on the part of their physician's assistant. I have requested information on their malpractice insurance as well so I can file a claim. I have not received a single call in response from the Low T center. I am asking that the money I paid to the Low T center for their services refunded immediately. I am also asking to be reimbursed $2307.62 for my emergency room visit.Business response

I am in receipt of your correspondence dated January 16, 2023. Unfortunately, that correspondence did not reach me until after your proposed response deadline had run. Regardless, below you will find the response of Low-T Center to the claim ID referenced above. Please note that we are a medical facility. Though the consumer has chosen to openly discuss his medical condition as a covered entity we cannot disclose Protected Health Information as that term is defined by HIPAA. To the extent you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
