I highly recommend Arnold Law Firm LLC for all your legal needs. Jim responded quickly when I contacted his offices. I was uncertain with how to deal with my legal issues and feeling very stressed and panicked. Jim was able to assess, and come up with several options that could be used to address my issue. He was excellent with communication, both with me and with the other party, during the resolution of my problem, and I found this greatly helped me feel confident in a good outcome. I found this law firm provided knowledgeable assessments, solutions, quick action, and provided an ideal resolution to managing my legal difficulties. I was very happy with my outcome.Arnold Law Firm, LLC Response

Without hesitation I give Jim and his firm my highest recommendation. I could not be happier with my decision to have Jim represent my case. Living in Massachusetts, I wouldn't have known where to start with my case, being handled in Cincinnati, without Jim and his firm. Beyond being a highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable lawyer, Jim exhibits rare vesting in his clients that put you at ease about knowing that your case will be handled fully professionally and right the first time. Jim takes his time and interacts with your experience followed by sound advice. Jim was always on top of emails and other communications and I knew what was going on with my case almost as quickly as Jim found out himself. I could not have asked for better representation and working with Jim was incredible easy, and the least stressful part of a very difficult, painful event in my life.Arnold Law Firm, LLC Response

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You, I have put my faith in many attorneys in the past and always found myself being disappointed to some degree. The James S. Arnold Law Firm took my case that had started in the year 2015 by other attorneys that stalled, and made excuses for 13 years. The James S. Arnold Law Firm assured me that they could handle the case. They completed and successfully closed the case in less than 8 months. I cant Thank them enough, their honesty, integrity, proficiency and professionalism restored my faith in the practice of law.God Bless **Arnold Law Firm, LLC Response

Six years ago, I made two mistakes in a very short time period. Previously I was never in trouble with the law, so having to obtain a lawyer was something new to me, but felt mandatory. I chose Arnold, my first case went smoothly, I spoke with the judge and laid the facts out just as they occurred, Arnold said nothing except standard court lingo, and the judge decided community service, court fees and anger management were the best actions for me to take in order to reinstate my place in society. The other party of this case didn't tell the truth; however, I understood my behavior was unacceptable to a degree and I happy to accept my punishment. Community service was a nice activity to take place in, I enjoyed helping make the streets cleaner. The court fees were something around $100 dollars; however, Arnold charged me $4,500 for this case. Not knowing any better I paid him and since this was my first time in trouble, I figured good lawyers cost lots of money, I couldnt mess around, especially because I was and still am a single father who is disabled from the military. My mental health was at this stage of my life was absolutely not in the best state, and roughly a week later while I was heading to college a lady driver deliberately cut me off and flipped me off, as though I did something wrong. Now hindsight tells me and anyone with some common sense that I should have ignored this gesture and kept on my way. I didn't, I let my immature emotion get the best of me, which lead to me getting in front of the lady, stopping my car, exiting my vehicle, and as I approached her vehicle, she rolled her window down yelling at me (which would imply she was not threatened by me, in turn would have by itself made the case menacing and not aggravated, she didnt fear for her life.) I told her in an angry voice that she needs to watch who she flips off (with some foul language). Then I simply returned to my car and went off to school. No one was physically hurt, her car was undamaged, as was mine. THE IMPORTANT PART: I spent another $4,500 to Arnold to help me with this case. On the day that we went to court, where it would end with me in handcuffs and sent to jail, ARNOLD entered the courtroom and his first question to me was "what is this case about". This is unacceptable. My lawyer shouldnt only know what the case is about, he should also have a defense set up to at the very minimum reduce the charges based on evidence the other party demonstrated to show this was not a case of aggravated menacing, but rather menacing or disorderly conduct. Arnold hardly contacted me while in jail, he never offered to refund me for his horrible representation of my case. He didn't fight for me. This letter has taken me 6 years to write. I should have done this sooner so that people may read it and understand this man is not in your best interest. Hes often called an ambulance chaser and a bottom feeder by law enforcement and lawyers alike. This one charge has led me to very few job prospects. Even though since then I received my associate degree with the highest honors, maintained sole custody of my son, and I also became a legal guardian to my special needs uncle who I treat as my own son. My record (on paper) shows the two flaws I made but mentions nothing of how I achieved difficult feats and continued to try my best. I know I am not alone with cases like this. Why are we continued to be judged, especially if the person is not a habitual offender? Arnold, I understand that I made mistakes, but you did fail in defending me and the effects/ affects are haunting me to this day. When **** ****, ***r Eats, **********. ***** ****, and countless including blue color jobs and ******** (When Im a guardian to my special needs uncle) deny you because on paper the projection is that I am a threat or liability to the company is not acceptable anymore. This overreacting punishment doesnt seem to justify the action I did, especially after paying my fines with both money and time. Arnold, if you have any heart, consider this message. I don't blame you for my actions, I do blame you for being unprepared to protect/defend me, and I believe you know this is true. I have talked to countless other attorneys, family and friends who are in law enforcement (some where you work), and they are all aware of how mishandled I was treated. Let me clarify I was wrong for my actions, however I and other believe I shouldnt still be feeling the ramifications six years later.Arnold Law Firm, LLC Response

I have been practicing for 27 years, and have tried hundreds of cases. The result of a trial to a judge or jury are not predictable, nor guaranteed. Sometimes the facts of a case warrant a conviction and sometimes, and more often than not, they don't. We are always over-prepared, and present the facts in the best light for our clients. Whether a conviction can be expunged under Ohio law is a legislative matter, not an attorney matter. We care about the outcome of every case and want our clients to be satisfied. After 6 years, it seams disingenuous for a negative review be generated by any client. We always seek our client's best interest, and have for a long time.Customer Response

Arnold knows who and what he is. Moreover, police officer, lawyers, and even prosecutors know him in non-favorable light. I was unaware there's a statute of limitations on when a bad review can be made. Not a warranted review? I take responsibility for my actions, but people should know the truth that Arnold did not go over my case with me one time, and on the day of court had to ask me what the case was about? My apologies I didn't write a review sooner, but guess what, had he been prepared and a defense made for me my charge would have been significantly reduced. This is what other attorneys and even a prosecutor working with me said. After six years and you become aware that if your lawyer at the time prepared for you that you likely would not be struggling as much. After six years maybe some real facts will come out about ***. He knows he's wrong. You won't hear from me again in text. Hope the best for Arnold, everyone deserves happiness. I hope you pay more attention to your clients now. But when your freedom and lifelong societal judgment is in the balance, I would recommend someone other than Arnold.
