            I stayed at this motel for 6 weeks or so. I was moved to four different rooms because each room had a serious problem such as a leaking roof, bed bugs, a broken toilet and leaking sink, When I told management about it they tried to blame it on me. And impolitely asked me to leave the property because I was the only one complaining. They also refused to give me a refund. After filing multiple complains on the company website I was refunded $25 because they had down graded my room for a night because of the leaking roof. I asked for a refund of the weeks I was there from 8/4 to 9/29 because the bed bugs and the treatments caused me and my children age 6 and 8 to have very bad upper respiratory infections in which we had to seek medical care. The staff was unbelievably rude to my concerns before I started to request a refund. They were unwilling to provide an adequate remedy and did not treat it as a legitimate concern to the overall health of the community.

            The man working the front desk of this hotel gave someone else a key to my room!!! All he had to know was my name and room number! I saw him from my car because I was sitting outside for a smoke when he approached. I saw him knocking I ignored him. Did not want him coming in. He went to the front desk and they gave him a key and he came back and just walked right in. Because I knew the man and had let him into my room prior, they say that the worker is not in the wrong. I rented the room. It was up to me who I opened the door to and when I opened the door to them. Just because I allowed him entry prior does not give the front desk the right to give him a key without my permission!!! After that happened I did not feel safe, so I left. They refuse to hold their employee accountable and would not issue me a refund! If you value your safety, I recommend you avoid this place!!
