Attempted to call multiple times to cancel a policy as my lease ended. When I try to cancel online they instruct me to call them (of course right!??!) I have yet to speak with anyone and have been waiting on hold for hours on end. I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all cost. If this is the way to service customers that don't have a claim CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW THEY'D IGNORE YOU IF YOU DID? Go with someone else and avoid this headache.Review from Tena O

Is it ******* ********* Company *** **** ******* ***** ****, Oklahoma City, OK, EPremium insurance or? © 2024 ********** ********* Insurance LLC. All rights reserved. .?Or is it ******.com which I did log into clearly this wasn't mentioned ?? early on! I was took by the insurance adjuster mind you I was just in a horrible storm, chimney knocked off, rain water running out my fireplace onto my floor, TV stand, mirrors that was standing against the mantle, pictures, prayer rug, rug, all destroyed smells like dry rot wood. Lord help now this man told me that I shouldn't have threw away anything!!! The wet towels with the smelly rain chimney water I used to get the water up with, that it could have been washed, Who would do that? And that if the restoration company feels like it's not a loss I won't be compensated!! I am in disbelief at the gull of these shell insurance companies Nobody will ever make me live beneath my means. I was told they weren't going to pay for my food from the power outage of sat to Thursday 5am after it rained so very bad I paid rather late but I paid my premium then the insult to injury. If it was my power alone then yes they would pay for my food. What kind of renters misrepresentation fraudulent hogwash trickery is this? What's the purpose other than scamming people out there hard earned money. This was not told, explained neither sent me my insurance policy information as a whole just surface paperwork. Every hardship I was to be covered under, I will pursue aggressively. They cancelled my policy without any reason. When I called them to reinstate, they said "I can't help you", and hung up. I got Lease Track (rental insurance through ****** Mgmt.) to call them with me on the line to ask why they couldn't answer any questions and why I was cancelled for no reason, the two receptionists battled it out while I was on the phone! Thank you for reaching out. The policy that you had was directly tied with Tricon while they were a client of ePremium Insurance Agency. Because they are no longer a client, your policy was required to be cancelled. I regret the experience you had when trying to get an answer and I will find out what happened so we can provide follow up training to the people you spoke with.

Not even a Star! I do not know whether this is a legitimate business or not. I rented an Apt. in Del ray Beach Florida and moved on after two months. I never really occupied the apartment even. I called the company at the time to cancel my renter's insurance less than 60 days after I had signed up. I got no refund for the annual payment and moreover, they put me on "automatic renewal" (probably they were hoping I would not pay attention. They have a bogus telephone number. I was on hold for 45 minutes (yes 45 minutes believe it or not) . No one answered . They just keep playing music on the phone. They are not serious about answering the phone. It is clear that this is not a serious service. I wrote emails to them but never got a response. All transactions including cancellations and email responses are done automatically through the website apparently. Terrible customer service. I can’t possibly be waiting on the phone for more than 30 minutes just for someone to answer my call. My time is valuable but that doesn’t matter to them. I see here there’s even more complaints about their customer service and long wait times. My policy is cancelled, the site says that and I have emails to prove it… yet I’m still being charged for renters insurance. Simple right? Fix it and give me a refund.. but just dare to give them a call for cancellation. They’ll have you waiting for at least 30 minutes each time. I have called 3 times, each time being on hold for OVER AN HOUR before finally speaking to a rep, transferred to another then another, ONLY TO GET DISCONNECTED every time! No call back, nothing resolved! Unbelievably awful customer service! Their email says they'll get back with you in 5 business days (I've sent 2 emails). School is starting and we can't go back to the apartment due to mold. Very frustrating there is no support or help. Why do we even have this policy? Could not make it more complicated to make your payments! They change my username or password all the time so when I go to login I can't and get locked out and have to call to make my payments. Then when you call to make your payment, you have to wait 5 mins to go through an automated messaging system that when you finally go to enter in your policy# to make the payment, it cuts you off and have to start the process all over again. You call to unlock your acct and if you don't know the one hint at your security question it logs you out again and you have to start the process all over again. I get mail every month for policy cancellation warnings to to non-payments. Having to do this every month is a ridiculous waste of paper and my valuable time that should be spent do other, much more important things. Thank you for taking precious time from my life. Got renters insurance through this company thinking I was protected. I had 4 bikes stolen and the adjuster refused to cover it because of an addendum hidden at the bottom of the policy that completely changed the theft terms to cover almost nothing. Afterwards, I couldn't get in touch with ANYONE through phone or email. Their email addresses aren't even real. Absolutely do not use. Thank you for contacting ePremium Insurance Agency, LLC regarding your recent claims experience. ePremium contacted ******************, an independent insurance adjusting services company which evaluated the personal property theft claim. Based upon the investigation, there was no visible evidence of damage observed at the point of entry which resulted in a forced entry. Hence, this was not a covered loss based on the theft endorsement. A detailed response will be provided by Alacrity outlining the claim denial under separate cover.
