      On December 13, 2022, at 7:10 AM, I placed order #******* for item #******* "Virginia Gold Buffalo Vault Block", quantity one, for the price of $500. Order was to arrive in the following year. No order was ever received. I tried the web location, but only found other people with the same problem. I only expect to receive the coins ordered or my money refunded.

      I ordered 4 rolls of silver 1/2 dollars on December 10, 2021. They called me several times to tell me the shipping would be delayed due to Covid issues. I kept bugging them the entire next year with no success. My order No. is ***** and the item No. is ********. They sure took my $3,000 but gave me no coins. Please help!       I purchased a 2 rolls of uncirculated Morgan silver dollars for $670.00. My purchase was done in May 2022. I had called multiple times they told me there was a delay in orders. The last time I spoke with them was Jan 13th they told me a refund check would be here in 14 to 21 business days. Now I can't reach them at all.

      On 9-13-2022 I ordered 2 rolls of Silver Walking Liberty Coins from National Mint and Treasury. I used my credit card and have=r been paying faithfully on it while waiting for the coins to be delivered. I was told that they would be delivered within 2 months. After I didn't receive them within that 60 day window, I waited, giving them grace and called on Dec. 20, 2022. I was told that they'd be shipped by Jan. 16, 2023. I've called repeatedly since that time and have been strung along with promise of shipment in the next few weeks, Today I called, and the phone numbers that I've got are now for a piece of medical equipment available to consumers! I will contact my bank, and hope that they will be able to help me through their fraud division. I bought these in good faith for an investment for my grandchildren, and have been duped!

      On July 1, 2022 I purchased silver from National Mint, for 2340.00 In November we got a letter saying the coins would come in January. They never came. We filed a dispute with our credit card company, **** card on March 26, 2023. THey said we were too late. 60 day limit. We always thought the coins were coming and we reached out by phone ***********. NOT National Mint. I called the newspaper saying the ad was a scam...they did nothing. Now I am asking you for help and direction. Thank you for any help. ************.

      I ordered a product for approximately 1400$ which was never delivered and money was not refunded. They have gone out of business and I want the loss refunded. Product was uncirculated half dollars in bank rolls. They sent several voicemails blaming the delay on Covid. It was all a scam.

      I ordered 2 rolls of Silver Walking Liberty Half Dollars - Arizona, from The National Mint and Treasury on 02/03/2022. I received an email confirmation that my order was received. I placed a call to customer service no less than 6-times since the pur*****d date to check the status of my order. Every time I spoke with customer service at the number listed on my bank statement ***************) I was told that the coins would not arrive for a further 60-90 days; but that the coins would be shipped. I never received the coins which I paid $1170.00 for on my ***** credit card. The customer service number is now an advertisement for a medical alert device. Please advise me on a recource to recoup my money. Like every other single personal cought up in this guy's scam, I am sickened. I do thank you for your assistance in helping to bring justice to this illegal action. Regards, John * *******

      I ordered 2 rolls of Silver Walking Liberty Half Dollars Virginia from The National Mint and Treasury on 11/18/2022. I received an email confirmation that my order was received. I placed a call to customer service in January to check the status of my order, 1-800-929-2106 and was told that the coins would not arrive until mid May. I never received the coins which I paid $1170.00 for on my credit card. The customer service number is now an advertisement. Is there anything I can do to recoup my money? I am sickened by this scam. Thank you for your consideration.
