I ordered nickels and the POS never sent I kept calling and they would say ur refund will b sent back end of February never got they sent me an update card Due to Covid everything is due to covid My order is being shipped January 9th never got I got in argument with guy that my lawyer would b in contact with them So go ahead the guy said also the card they sent nothing I need to do and no need to call. I ordered $500 worth of Indian Head pennies in Oct, of 2021. My credit card was charged the $500. I have called the Mint several times and have gotten several different delivery dates. Now I want to cancel my order and cannot get an answer because the line is constantly busy. I want a refund. *** *Review from Yajaira C

*SCAMMERS RUN**** Made a purchase 3/22 still have not received order. Requested a refund 12/22 still no refund check til this day 3/13/23. Now phones are off. What a loser f'n scammers!!!Review from Patricia S

I ordered 3 rolls of Walking Liberty silver coins from this fake company in September 2022. Each roll supposedly contained 15 coins for $585 per roll. My credit card was accessed 28 September 2022 for $1,755.00. I was told my coins would be received within 3 months. Early in December 2022 I called to check on status of my order. Was told, "No, it will take 9 months before they arrive, and I could expect them in June 2023." So, tired of waiting, today, 9 March 2023 I again called both numbers that I had for them. Both disconnected. I filed a complaint with the BBB and my Credit card company. Why doesn"t someone shut these criminals down and put them in jail. They do not deserve a Star rating. They deserve to be Black-listed.Review from Jay W

I’ve waited over a year for my coin purchase! And now the phone won’t even ring when you call the business line. Some emails were sent explaining it was a postal issue. This business is smelly of a scam.Review from Ervin F

I believe National Mint & Treasury is an Absolute Scam. I ordered two rolls of Liberty bank Rolls on 12/17/2021 for $1170. It was charged to my credit card. When nothing happened I called their number numerous times and was promised my order is about to be shipped. Finally I requested a refund from a person named “ Ray “ who said he once lived in Montana and my refund would arrive in 21 days. Ten weeks ago. What a Disgusting Scam Artist!! I never imagined the ******* Chronicle would run a Full page Ad several times for a Scam artist. Both the Chronicle and National Mint & Treasury are Phony!! *** ****Review from richard w

On July 22, 2022 I purchased 250 Buffalo nickels layered in 24 Karat gold. This was from an advertisement in local newspaper. I called and ordered the 2 bags containing a total of 250 coins to be shipped to me within 2-3 months for a total of $900, which I paid with a credit card. I called them in November to find out where the coins were and was told they would be shipped in a few weeks. I finally called them again on Feb. 7 and spoke to an employee named Brian who assured me that the coins would ship on the 13th of Feb. When I didn't receive them within 2 weeks I called again and had to leave a message. The recording told me that they would return my call. They did not return the call so I called again and the same thing happened. I finally tried calling them (at 3 different numbers) this morning and got nothing but busy signals. I realize now that this company is not reliable, has received $900 from me, has not shipped the coins, and will not return calls or answer the phone numbers given. It looks like I will not be receiving the coins I paid for. Is this company still in business? Since I can't seem to get the coins I would like to get a refund for the $900.
