I was getting a job done around the same time as the other reviewers I disagree with them and your grading of them. We had a contract that we signed and agreed on, which later he said was just a proposal. We paid half up front to cover the supplies to build our deck. It was not trex just regular treated lumber. We should have received the same professional treatment as other customers. We didn't get that. We wanted a deck to be built from our house back door to our above ground pool. The deck by the door was built so high you can't open the door with a little snow. We said we wanted to be able to put a rug in front of the door. We can't screen door drags on deck. The part of the deck that was to connect to the pool, I was unsure about how to do, so I thought I was hiring someone that did. They didn't. We just wanted our deck to be sturdy and safe it was not. When we told them that what they had built by the pool was weak and hitting the pool. Scott was like what do you want me to do to fix this problem. In some unprofessional words while the crew got in my teenage sons face. I was done. I told them to leave. When they were leaving they tried to get the supplies to finish the job at our house, to do other projects he had. We had to get someone else to put steps and railings on and had to buy more supplies that Scott didn't have to finish the deck. If I had to do over I would hire someone else. Someone that showed exactly what they are going to build for me. Not a "proposal".

I’m so sorry you feel that way, Mr. *****. The job was done according to the contract and we were willing to fix any issues you may have had. All the material to build ENTIRE deck was delivered all at once. We took a loss from this job when you broke the contract of $1,843.
