Bought 4 firestone tires from them on 9/27/19. When I took my car to the dealership for its routine service on 6/17/21 they informed me tire tread was too low to rotate. Went back to Zeigler to file a claim, the measured the tire depth and said front,right tire tread needed to be a little lower. Agreed tires had prematurely worn. Went back to Ziegler tire today. Manager (i am guessing) was complaining how he didn't have enough staff etc. Told him i need to file a claim on my tires that were suppose to be good for 75,000miles. He said he wouldn't have recommended the tires i bought off of them for the type of car i had. I told him they were recommended to me by someone that worked there. He also told me the guy that had measured my tires there and told me to come back in a month was an idiot and that he would not file a claim because the dealership did not rotate my tires. I should him my service papers from the dealership and the notes that said they could not rotate them because front tires had more tread than back. He said the dealership was the one that screwed me over and my warranty was void! Super unprofessional employees there and i had been told something different by each person each time i went.
