      On April 24, I took 1 pair of pants, 1 jumpsuit, 2 - 2 piece dresses, 2 dresses, and 3 lady pants suits to be dried clean. I picked up my items on May 1, 2024. When I got home I noticed two items were damaged with a pink tint where it used to be off-white. The dress was black and off-white and the jumpsuit was navy blue and off-white. Requested the cost of the dry cleaning for both items be credited back to my debit.

      In our standard procedure for cleaning multi-colored items, we typically sort them based on the dominant color. For instance, if an item predominantly features black with some white, it would typically be grouped with similarly colored garments (dark colors). This approach aims to prevent color bleeding and ensure the best possible cleaning results. Despite our best efforts to prevent color bleeding, there are instances where it may still occur due to various factors such as fabric type, dye quality, and previous washing history of the garments. While we strive to minimize these risks through careful sorting and washing procedures, we acknowledge that occasional incidents may occur.  In response to ********************** dissatisfaction,we offered to re-clean the items at no additional cost. I am pleased to report that upon re-cleaning, all stains were effectively removed, and the items were restored to their original condition.  However,despite our efforts to rectify the situation, ****************** has requested a $60 refund for the affected items. While we understand her position, we must emphasize that we fulfilled our obligation by providing the service initially requested. Therefore, we are unable to offer a cash refund. Instead, we have extended a $60 credit to our store, which can be redeemed for any future services ****************** may require. Unfortunately, she did not accept this offer and chose to escalate the situation. Theres a disclaimer on the bottom of the receipt for no guarantees on colors or shrinkage
