      I purchased a hut tub on 11/03/2023. I was told by *****, the salesperson, that it would be delivered within 3-4 weeks. Total cost was $14,006.42. I put $6,000 down and have the receipts. I also told him that I did NOT want this tub arriving past the 1st week of December due to the extreme change in weather after that. He stated no problem. After hearing nothing for weeks, I called on Nov 27th and talked to **** as he stated ***** was out. He stated it had just been ordered and would arrive in 3-4 days. I waited a week and called again on Dec 4th only to be told it had been ordered and should be 3-4 days for delivery as it was on the truck, again. I explained both times that I had my electrician scheduled on Dec 11th and was concerned, that if I had to reschedule it would be 4-6 weeks out. Both times I was told it would be in in time for that date. I called on Dec 7th and was able to speak to *****. He could not even confirm that the tub had been ordered, on a truck or when it would be delivered. I told ***** that I wanted to cancel the purchase as I had recently read reviews of people having the same problems. ***** stated that would not be a problem and that he would just have to run it past his Manager and that he would call me back after the credit had been made to my charge card. To date, I have not heard anything from anyone regarding my credit of $6,000. During this time I also requested to speak to the manager, ****, and left messages. He refused to talk to me. At this time I have NO product that I left a deposit of $6,000 and no one will talk to me from this business.

      We have been long term customers of the Maumee store with our pools and former hot tubes.....But these past 2 year we attempted twice to purchase a new hot tub for out new home only to be given empty promises of delivery dates. We had placed an order last year ( XXXX) and was told that there was one already on its way and we should have it in no less than 3 weeks, 3-4 MONTHS later they still had our HUGE down payment and still no hot tub!! We ended up canceling, Fast forward to June 2021....Once again we put a hefty down payment on a tub and was told again that it should be here by August. We call in August and was told now it would be September!! We patiently waited and called in September for an update so we could line up our electrician.....This time we were told it wouldn't be in till end of October, beginning of November!!!! I called November 1st for an update only to be told AGAIN, now it was going to be the end of November, but he could not even guarantee that!! In the mean time I called and talked to the corporate headquarters of Sundance Spas and they told me that they were just shipping orders that were placed in October of 2020 and that the normal turn around was 50-60 weeks for delivery!!! We can appreciate that covid has put a strain on shipments, but Inside Out is out there selling products they know they have no clue when they will arrive, and claiming they have truck loads of preordered hot tubs on their way. In the mean time they are sitting on consumers down payments with no products in site!! No need for Inside Out to respond to this review, as we have heard all the excuses!!

      Their is a reason to comment. First, we are extremely disappointed that we lost your business. You picked out a great spa. You have been long term customers and we wish we could have done more. We let you down and I apologize to you. Covid has taught us many things. In the spa world, it has taught us patience, probably more patience than any of us wan to endure. Unfortunately the retailer bears the brunt of the delays. Some of the delays after shipping confirmation have been 30-60 days. We find this unacceptable as well but have accept that the manufacturers are doing all they can to ship product. We believe they are and unfortunately have to live with ever changing time frames.
      To clarify this particular order. This order of spas was placed in october 2020 with a ship date of fall of 2021. Due to covid we were forced to place orders well in advance and sell the spas tagging the customer to a particular spa on a spa order. At the time we were selling well in advance of the shipments arriving. This particular order was most likely originally due to ship end of month august but again delays pushed it to october-november. I now believe this complete order is now actually delivered to our customers. Calling the manufacturer most likely created confusion as only we know how we run our business not the manufacturer. We always have a clue and time frame on shipment arrival times. This is unfortunately very fluid and ever changing. I would also like to note that this customer bought then canceled (unknown reason) then re purchased. As well, like any business, we ask for a down payment as we wait for the product to arrive. This is standard procedure for any business. Also note we gladly returned the customers deposit upon the cancelation Again, we are very sorry and disappointed we lost the opportunity to serve you with your spa needs. We wish you the best and are here if you need anything in the future.       Thank you for your kind response! We just felt that having such a large down payment tied up and endless delays caused us to cancel once again. It may be in the companies best interest to cease continual advertisements and sales until you can deliver all the backorders you may have at this time. All your sales associates have been nothing but kind to us throughout the yeas we have done business with Inside Out!
