    I bought a full seasons of fertilizer/lawn treatment service for GSI through Deluxe Lawn and Landscape. He made the arrangements since he recommended them to me. I paid Deluxe $897.93. I have a paid receipt as well as a receipt from Quickbooks. Deluxe cancelled my lawn cutting service but told me that my lawn treatment program would continue since I had paid for it. I later called GSI to inquire as to why they had not treated my lawn. They said that Deluxe had never paid them. I asked Deluxe, on multiple occasions, to return my money. He did not respond to emails or text messages. I just want my money returned.

    We are a small self-managing condo Assocation made up of mostly senior citizens. We contracted with Deluxe for snow removal service for two *******, 23 and 24. Both years we had serious problems with the service. After the first snow event it took days for the snow to be cleared, we were told of equipment breakdowns. The second year we had a relatively mild snowstorm and waited several hours for them to show up, we sent a text to Deluxe at 1:40 PM asking an ETA and received a vague message "after a while" at 5:20 we sent another text asking for an ETA and Deluxe went ballistic and immediately canceled the contract leaving us snow bound and without a provider. We found Deluxe to be unreliable and unprofessional.

    We are sorry you had a negative experience with our company, But unfortunately you left out some details of this experience with your person you leave in charge. Who not only did text me, but then threatened our contract not even 2 hours later. We had this same interaction year prior. Unfortunately we did not find your condo association to be a good fit for us any longer. As you are in-fact next on our list, but after the unprofessional response from your person in charge, it was time to part ways. Also per your signed contract it clearly states we have 24 hours from end of the storm to clear the driveways. Also in regards to your statement of last season 2023, it was not several days. I actually in fact was there with in the 24 hours from the end of the storm even with an equipment break down to clear your property, again that season had our contract threatened by your person left in charge while you are out of town. I do find this review to be false, and have left out several things. Not to mention one of my breakdowns last season was caused by your residents removing plow markers making concrete edge boarding causing it break a part on my equipment.

    And to set the record start, I did not go ballistic as stated above, I simply stated and I have the text message prof to show what I said, and he’s ***** I emailed it to you day of termination of your contract, that your person in charge text me “it is now 520, do we have a contract with you or not?” That was not asking an ETA as stated above. I have never in all of my years ever had a more unprofessional text sent to me. ***** you leave to go out of town and leave *** in charge while you’re gone but do not share a copy of the contract with her. Two years I had had issues with ***, and both years had our contract together threatened. My response of I will be there after while was because I could not give an exact time frame, ***** I find this review a month after parting ways unprofessional on your part and Regis Parks part. You as the president are the only person who signed the contract, and only person who could make changes to our contract. But as a business professionalism and respect from a client is also important. If *** would have text, “hey I am just checking in to see if you have a time, my response would have been yes you are next on the list and will be there in about 10-15 minutes. But instead she wanted to send an unprofessional message, and I responded with the following: As I explained and you and I had this same issue last year, contract states I have 24 hours from end of the storm. I am working my way to you. If this is going to continue to become a problem between you and I when ***** is out of town, we can terminate the contract. Your association is not my only client, and I have other clients who are ahead of your association on my list. I do not understand why ***** and I have a total understanding and he leaves out of town and you take over and things hit the fan with impatience from you. Like I said if this is going to continue to be a problem we you're welcome to find a new company and we can terminate the contract now, and I will email ***** and let him know the issue was not with me but with who he left in charge. My contract is signed with ***** president of your association. And it clearly stated in that signed contract my terms, and timelines. I am working as fast as I can to get to everyone, and again you are not my only clients So if this what you consider going ballistic, then I guess stating what your contract terms are is not allowed. Messaged from last season which may I add was a lie, as well from ***, as she stats that it was 15 hours: This is *** *****. Our condo association has a contract with you for snow removal. We have not been serviced and the snow ended 15 hours ago . We live at ***** **** * **** ***** ***** * ********* ***** ******* is usually the contact person but he is in Mexico. We need to be plowed out now. Please return my call asap ************. I have a lot of very anger owners to answer to. This was after *** left me a very nasty voice mail, Storm stopped at 3am, during that time of the storm I did have a mechanical issue, which I had to rush out of town to find parts as all my local dealers did not have parts. So I fixed everything as quickly as I could. And was back to them by 9am the next day, 6 hours after Storm had stopped, and after arriving to their property to begin service I hit a concrete block that a resident had removed my plow stake from, causing $320 worth of damage to my machine, but I finished the job, never said anything. But the snow was cleared Well with in my 24 hour contract window. I am just showing the facts on here to show what was really said. And now things were handled. Equipment break downs are unfortunate and they happen specially in wet thick snow, We as business get to our clients as quickly as possible, and unfortunately we market some clients as priority over over, specially if they are a business, and require salt, or a client has requested to be cleared by a certain time, and we do our best to make that happen.
