            My neighbor at **** ***** *****, who has since moved to Minnesota has hired Balog Landscaping, LLC (Ohio Business Entity No. *******) with the agent listed as: Jacob B****, filing date of: 03/21/2023. Balog Landscaping uses a "stand-up" mower to cut the narrow grass between our two homes. His mower through a rock into our less than one-year-old new vinyl siding and punctured a panel. Pictures are available. He has not repaired this damage that he caused. Stand-up mowers have very high mowing decks and our prone to tossing loose debris and leaving clumps of cut grass on new mowed lawns. I would like of him to replace this panel or hire someone (my contractor) to replace it. Two Subject Matter Experts (a power wash company and my contractor) stated a rock was thrown into our house. I did hear this noise at the time of occurrence but, did not realize what happened. Also, I believe his mower spattered oil on our new siding, but this I cannot prove. I have since asked him to stop cutting this area.
