I made a hard decision to file bankruptcy. I had received numerous offers from other companies and dealerships trying to get me to deal with them. After looking into each one, I decided to go with BK Car Education USA. I called after hours but my call was returned the very next morning by ****. I gave him the exact details I wanted on a new vehicle and he delivered within 30 mins. The rest was easy. My new vehicle is more than I could have asked for and it was delivered to my house the day after my birthday. I highly recommend this company if you don't know what your doing.Review from Tasha W

I attempted to secure a car from another company with less satisfactory results in terms of fairness and friendliness. However, with File and Drive, they promptly delivered the exact 3-row SUV I desired. Although the initial vehicle offered exceeded my budget, they swiftly located a suitable alternative within my price range. The arrival of the car at my doorstep, akin to an Amazon package, brought immense joy to my family, like a kid no Christmas morning. Additionaly, After informing BK Car Education USA, LLC about experiencing car problems approximately two weeks after receiving my vehicle, they promptly took action. They didn't hesitate to advise me to take my car to a local dealership for diagnosis. Following this, I forwarded them the estimate of the repairs, and without delay, they directly paid for the necessary repairs to the dealership. I highly reccomend.Review from Becky C

I would not recommend them to anyone. Filling out an app and getting a response went well. Getting a car delivered also went well, upon receiving the car within a few days I was having an issue and I feared a blown head gasket. I attempted to clear the system of air and I had also developed a random misfire. After a call in informing them of the issues I was told this is not good we will do what we can to help. I took the car to the dealership and after a couple of days they called me back to inform me it was a multi air actuator which Is now going to cost me almost 3,000 dollars to fix for a car I’ve driven 8 times. After many attempts to contact *****/**** I still have no response. I understand that the car being broken is not their fault, but the Implying they cared and would help is not true And clearly their choice of dealership they’re just there to get a quick turnaround and not actually check their cars over so anyone getting a car from KDK Mitsubishi please Don’t be like me check that thing over before you allow them to just sell it to you. And I also would suggest don’t be like me And find someone else to deal with

We are an educational company to make both attorneys and their clients aware of the great programs available to them and do not control mechanical issues! BK car education USA is five stars I wanted to give you 10 Stars. ****** saved my life to make a long story short I file bankruptcy I haven't even had my hearing received the letter from BK education USA and the gentleman that I spoke with was ******, ****** is definitely the goat I was delivered a car in three days from BK Car Education USA .my current car is in bankruptcy and they will be coming to get the car. BK Car Education USA is located in Ohio, they delivered my car to me I live all the way in Michigan its get better people when you feel like you on your knuckles and your knees there's help you must contact ****** from BK Car Education USA in Ohio. I don't know how far they travel but they came all the way to Michigan to deliver me tell ****** that ******** referred you. ****** is god sent from heaven all you have to do is contact ****** from BK Car Education USA ****** is the MAN!!!!!! Thank you ****** you took a big load off my life having a car to get back and forth to work that's everything thank you thank you thank you. Remember folks if you're in bankruptcy and you think All odds is at the end it isn't until you meet ******!!!! ****** from BK car education USA again he's the goat people. ****** was absolutely wonderful to work with through the process for my 2016 ******* MKX. He surpassed my expectations and went out of his way. He is always professional and very helpful. This was a very positive experience for me!!! I definitely recommend them!!!!Review from Douglas W
