7-15-2023 purchased a eBay service to program a new jetski key they requested I need to send my **** (jet ski computer) to them so they can program a new key then ship back to me. I immediately paid the amount for the key $103.79 and then shipped them my **** ($400) cost me additional money for shipping( $30) I got notification it was delivered. Sent them messages 7-21, 7-25,7-31 finally 7-31 they replied that it will be shipped next day I got the notification it was shipped and on 8-4 it showed delivered to the wrong address on the tracking. I called the business and he answered but didn’t seem the least bit interested took my info and never called me back finally I had to report it to eBay 8-15 where they stepped in and gave me a refund for the key $103.79 but I was out of my **** I tried reaching him since then and he doesn’t care. After looking at google reviews it appears this is a common practice for his business. I now have to replace my neighbors $400 **** that he has lost or kept (I have no idea) I have all the messages from them and I’m from ***** ******** I’ve never had an ebay purchased shipped to wrong address (***) 5 star purchases on eBay from me.Business response

The customer purchased a programming service for a seadoo computer. After receivng the computer from the customer, we proceeded to program a matching DESS key. The unit was boxed up and shipped back to the customer. We were notified by ebay that the item was not delivered to its intended recipient, We immediately reached out to the customer in order to resolve the issue. Unfortunately since the item was already delivered, we could not simply recall the package, We had to contact the incorrect recipient and have the item shipped back to us. We clearly explained that to the buyer. He didnt seem to care and continued to yell at our employees as we tried to resolve the issue. The customer then escalated the case with ebay which resulted in a negative mark against our account as well as him receiving a complete refund of all funds paid to us for services rendered. We reached out to the customer again to try and amicably resolve the issue. We offered to send the **** back if he simply paid the bill and we also requested a revision of the ebay case details but again, he refused to cooperate. As of today. we have not shipped the item back to him as are not looking to accrue additional expenses for a job that has not been paid for.Customer response

I replied 20 minutes after the message was sent, I do not understand why false statements are given. I do appreciate them finally responding and attempting to work with me. Please see attached photo of my response from eBay which is time stamped. I recently received a message stating that my package had been shipped upon receiving I will send them payment in full and we can close out this case. Thank you.Customer response

I paid for a service offered by this company on there website. I shipped 2 expensive jetski computers and he confirmed within a month they will be shipped back out and programmed. It’s been 4-5 months now!! I tried calling, texting, emailing, contacting through the website 3 separate times throughout the months that have past. This is very unprofessional, and their are plenty of reviews on his page “Bonanza” that he steals peoples property and never returns it. He ruins kids and adults fun by stealing their equipment! Very illegal!!Business response

While we've tried to amicably resolve this customers complaint, he continuously insults, harasses and threatens our employees. When he's not busy doing that he's either prank calling the company 100's of times a week or seeking out ways to slander our company across multiple social media platforms. We've already been in contact with local law enforcement as well as out company attorney regarding this matter. We've requested him to stop taking these adverse actions so that we can proceed with a solution that benefits all parties involved. We will make another attempt to reach out to this customer next week in hopes he's ready to get this issue resolved.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and they have not reached out to me at all. They are professional scammers. He refuses to simply return my computers. Medina detectives are involved and thoroughly investigating. Remember this is all because this sorry human being can’t return my items. It’s not that hard to drop them off at ups, grow up and return my items. Their not your bud
