      Ken Ganley Kia of Medina sold us a vehicle they didn't have the title to. The previous owner who traded it in has a lein on the title. Now that they've sent our trade in to auction, and we have had to return the vehicle they didn't have a title to... OH AND ITS FOR SALE AGAIN. some way to do business. ******.

      I had a wonderful experience purchasing my Kia 3 years ago. The salesman *** was amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful. The entire staff was courteous, helpful and couldn’t do enough to make sure I was happy! Yesterday I went in for the maintenance service and I had the same quality service! I would highly recommend doing business with Ken Ganley Kia to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle with exceptional service.

      I like my service with the dealership for one particular reason. When you live paycheck to paycheck, you just want your money worth when you dish out the cash-the twos and fews. No doubt they haveto make money, but when they put you in one of THEIR Kia's you have a good deal in my opinion. To date I have a dependdable Kia which they work with me and my low credit. Yes there making money on the deal, just remember this: mines rides GOOD and if something pops up they take care of it. Thumbs up KIA

      I wish I would have read reviews before going to Ken Ganley Alliance. Worst experience of click baiting and deceptive sales I've ever experienced. I was promised the features and sold one car but deceived and given the keys to a different lower model car without those features. The salesman *** completely knew what he did because he lied about it for weeks saying the App wasn't working and he needed to get a code from Kia corporate. He continued to blame corporate until I found out when picking up my plate. He had hidden the plate in his desk until I had to call yet again the day before the temp tag expired. Ironically he was on vacation that day. Not only that, I was deceived into signing a second set of papers only on the iPad because "I had already signed" and they claimed they overcharged me. Well they swindled in the $599 paint protection plan charge that I clearly said no to and can be seen in the original paperwork. Deceptive dealership and the manager **** refuses to return phone calls. I've been apologized to and told this sales tactic should have never happened by ****** and ****** and they promise **** will call me and wants to remedy the situation. I've yet to hear from him after several attempts and several weeks. Buyer beware as many have said!

      Very deceptive business practices, we purchased a brand new 2023 Kia Seltos in February of 2023 . We we're negotiating the deal on a Saturday and had agreed on a price and our trade in value. We signed electronically without seeing the sales numbers and we had another appointment so we left without the vehicle as it was very dirty as making arrangements to return on Monday to complete the deal and pick up the car. We did return on Monday and got the car and paperwork ( the car was still dirty as they only get a quick wash) . The next morning as I was having my coffee I was looking over the paperwork and none of the numbers made sense. So my wife called and discussed it with the salesman, general manager and fiance person, long story short we were charged $3,500.00 more in what they called a market adjustment ( we were never told at anytime about this) because this type of vehicle is in short supply and in demand which was a lie as we called two other Kia dealers. Also we were giving $900.00 less for our trade with them claiming that was the difference they saved us in sales tax, another lie. So the next day we went there to meet with their customer service manager and we were told we couldn't return the vehicle also market price adjustment is a common practice. After her refusing to give us the phony market adjustment money back or the difference in they shorting on our trade she said we get Weather Tech floor mats ( which they weren't they were Kia's version) and 4 oil changes on them. Well guess what we recently went in for our oil change and service we were denied and she started that she never agreed to that and because I left a bad review that they were not going to do anything for us. Very deceptive business practices and outright lying to us, buyer beware!

      I knew I was going to be charged $5000 over msrp but I was getting $4000 more for my trade so I figured $1000 would be ok. Took my kia up to try to trade it in after I realized that I owed so much. Tried to figure out why I was paying $63,000 for a $46,000 car. I was actually charged $14,700 over msrp. The charges are buried in the paperwork and not on any of the lease cover pages with the numbers on them. Took my paperwork to my normal kia guy to have him look at it. This is the first and the last time I will buy a kia from there. I am a 7 time kia owner. I have sent nasty cards and left nasty review’s everywhere I could and no one has contacted me. Buyer beware. All you read online are complaints from everyone. Go to a different kia dealer

      Some of the workers were very rude and they refused to replace/refund faulty windshield wipers that I had bought from them. They treated me like I was lying to them about the faulty wipers. They were just very cold and non-caring.
