I paid this company $213.93 to clean and inspect my chimney. They covered my entire living room with black soot. Every surface, nick nack, furniture, draperies, pictures on the wall, etc. I called and emailed to complain. The owner told me he was going to rip up my check. They did not rip up the check, it was processed by my bank.Business response

You did not receive a response to my complaint because I was closing up my summer home and moving back to ******* for the winter. I am not happy at all that the vendor was going to mail me a check because I will not be there until May! This is NOT a satisfactory conclusion to my issue. When they mail me a check to my correct mailing address I will consider this closed. That address is **** ****** **** ***** ** ******

I am rejecting this response because: I have initiated a forward but I typically have never received mail in **** for any reason. I will wait 10 days to see if the check comes to ******* before I request a new check be sent to the ** address.
