    • I bought my ticket to the event June 11th, 2022 • I paid 40 dollars for the ticket in which they said they would mail to me the beginning of October, they did not. They sent me a link for my ticket a week prior to the event. • They said that the event would have animatronics, be themed as the Five Nights at ******'s pizzeria, a jungle gym to climb through, a ball pit, and that each group would be the only be people within a 50,000 square foot place (without the employees being included). None of this was the case, they said it wouldn't be a 5 minute haunted house walk through which it was. People made it through in 10 minutes at most and the only thing that was actually at the event were people in crude outfits of the actual horror aspect they were going for, a very poorly done maze, pizza stickers on the wall, and a code to find to get out of the event. None of the other things they Advertised was actually there what so ever. False Advertisement and Scamming is the problem here, they also said anyone who didn't go would be eligible for a refund but when asked they would block your account. My knowledge of the event comes from a friend who went prior to my date I was suppose to go along with a great deal of other angry and upset customers. • From this Dispute I would like Jurassic Mountain to give me a refund.

    Would give zero stars if I could. Jurassic Mountain promoted a Five Nights at ******** themed Haunted House starting in the Spring. Tickets were $50 or $40 with a code. What we got was an awful attempt. They promised the use of the jungle gym, ball pit, the entire ****** SQ ft building. But what they gave was a lousy 3 room and a hallway Haunted House. Barely any decorations themed of ******, a few dollar general type costumes, no effort what's at all. They took our money and ran with it. Scam and crooks. An email was sent out a couple days before stating to memorize the maze from the Security Breach update and to wear knee pads for the vents. Well, the maze they gave us was their laser tag room that had nothing to do with the game and no need for knee pads because there were no vents. They had since the Spring to come up with a good promotion but it looks like they did this within a couple of days. Many people have left 1 star reviews on ****** but at least 50 or so have been taken done. They have also turned off all comments on FB and their own site. Also, there is no mention of Five Nights at ******** anywhere on any social media site. They know the are con artists, scammers, frauds and they ****** money. I've tried to call them several times and each time they say the manager is not there, they step out for the time being. Something needs to be done about this. Hard earned money from hard working people stolen.
