    On March 31. 2021, I made a deposit of $2500.00 to Peters Landscaping for **** foot Green ***** Arborvitae at $250.00 each for a total of $3750.00.After several inquiries, I was informed the trees were backordered and finally arrived to be planted on June 2. I was not informed beforehand and was not home when they first arrived. On June 11, I charged he balance $2485.00) of the **** which included other work that was completed. I do not have a picture of the trees when they were first planted, but they looked anemic and not healthy and full. Within 2 weeks started turning ***** and ***** come to check them out. He suggested that they should be fertilized and mulched which he did. When they still did not improve, he advised that the ***** should be cut out o they could show new growth. *** they looked like sticks with some green. In the meantime, I had been watering daily when it didn't rain and my water **** increased 40%. Peters also sent the grower to check them out, but he too, offered no real advice to correct the continued ********. At this time, several of the trees are completely ***** and none of the others are healthy. I have called repeatedly leaving messages on their answering machine with no response from them on: 7/22, 8/4, 8/6, 8/30, 9/1, and 9/3. I did receive a call on 8/12 at 11:37am which I missed but called back immediately at 11:42am only to get the answering machine again.I have not called them since since it's obvious they do not want to honor the contract we made and I have dead trees and no customer service from *******************************************. This problem can be resolved by removing and replacing the trees or removing the trees and refunding $3750.00 I have a couple of pictures, but I don't know how to upload them

    Terrible customer service. As soon as they had our deposit, it was difficult to get in touch with them with updates regarding the start of the project. Once they came out to do the work, the installation went smoothly. Our installation took place in October, so it wasn't until spring 2022 that we really saw results. Our hydroseed came is patchy. They were supposed to come out to inspect the results in May 2022 but never did. Once our 2 Magnolias bloomed, we realized they planted the wrong variety (we specifically requested Alexandrina Magnolias with the pink-purple flowers... what we got had white flowers - our invoice also states Alexandrina Magnolias). They blamed the mistake on their supplier and said they would work to rectify the issue. It's been about 2 months and a few attempts to contact them... no luck. We spent over $8,000 for this crappy service. Stay clear of them!

    We did come out and check the lawn at the end of April the same time we came out to send pictures of the tree to our nursery stock provider at which time our office manager sent an email stating to hit it with straight fertilizer no weed control until the fall. We also offered a fertilization program when we installed the lawn which they declined with our salesman *** at the time. They said they would take care of it themselves. We did contact the nursery we had purchased the plant material from at that time they did not have any tree out of the ground in the size that we had purchased from them. ******* did explain this to ******. We are on there list to get the tree swap out once it is available through the nursery we purchased the plants from. We have only received one email from them since we have last talked and ******* was on vacation and answered them when she returned on the 18th of July. We wish she would have called as we are out on projects during the day but always return calls within a few days. We do plan on replacing the tree once one becomes available and the nursery said they are trying to locate one if they can not they will dig one in September to replace the wrong tree. Again this was not anyone's fault at Peters our receipt even says ********** Magnolia. The supply will make this right when they can locate or dig the tree. Unfortunately that tree is a spring ******* and is best dug in the fall if they can't find one.We would ask that they withdraw their complaint as we will take care of this a simple phone call versus an email or social media post goes a lot further than taking this approach. We try to take care of all of our customers needs as quickly as possible.
