all people do here is complain. **** leaves good coments. Well here is one. Roto Rooter did a great job unclogging our kitchen sink! I called them after the first contractor I called was way overdue. Roto Rooter was on time and got the job done.

I was specifically told by their sales rep that they would come back and level the large mound and fix several sections of sidewalk that the equipment broke up. I called many times and kept being told that they would return. The work was originally done in March of 2022. In May of 2023, I was promised it would be completed by the end of May. They did finally come and cut the green pipes to the ground in May 2023. I was finally told that they had several problems similar to mine due to one of their techs. They refused to fix.

They destroyed our basement and manipulated my elderly parent into revealing how much her homeowners insurance would pay and of course, they took it all!!! They get an F in my book and next time, we will call someone else. Getting a lawyer. If you use them, install cameras and get multiple quotes from other companies!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Ill start from the beginning. Our basement flooded so we decided to call Roto Rooter which was the biggest mistake we ever made. They sent out one of their managers named ******* to have us sign papers, this guy is nothing but a liar and a snake in human form. The estimate was between $8,000-$10,000 for the job (pretty steep, right?). We thought that was normal so we didnt question it because we never made a claim before. We come to find out we had a cap on our insurance for that type of claim which was $10K. We told ******* this and he said Im gonna do what I can to get you guys a discount and bring that number down. He did the exact opposite of that. The final number came out to $10,378. Funny how when they know insurance is gonna pay they charge you on the high end of the estimate. They charged us $188 just to adhesive plastic on the steps so they didnt track dirt in. I could have done it for $20. They brought the final price down to $9,854 so we had barely enough for insurance to cover it. No money left over to replace out lost items because Roto Rooter decided to be greedy. Man, Id hate to see how they take advantage of elderly people who dont know any better. This company is shady and want to take as much of your money as possible. I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I possibly can to stay away from them and use a different company. So if youre thinking of using them, just dont. Theyre are way better companies out there. These guys are just a bunch of scam artists.
