Had a buyers snowdogg plow installed new October of 2022 Is when receiving the truck back. Worst Wire install A lot of future issues if I did not see the problems And take care of them . Went back to the location and try to get answers and see what they were going to do all they kept telling me is that the way the company Requires it to be done Reached out to the company Did not get no help but sarcasm Via messages Ran the control wire through the firewall by cutting through a factory grammar of the harness without ceiling and could cause life term further issues When I contacted them Was told since I kno more than them They have a nice day and got hung up on instead of being asked to come out there and take a look at it to show them what's going onBusiness response

The customer asked us to install the plow in a manner that was not in accordance to what the vehicle manufacturer or snow plow manufacturer wants done. We installed the plow the way all snow plows are recommended to be installed. We let him know any changes he would like done outside of the recommended install would have to be done by him. He reached out to the snowplow manufacturer and was told the same thing as he was told by us.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:There is a proper way for the service is to be done to the vehicle The services I asked them to do Is to put the power to the secondary battery I put in there and they recommended That's not Buyers product recommended . Which that is understandable That is not the problem here the problem is they cut through the factory harden's grommet that goes into the cab Which can cause a lot of further issues within the vehicle It's not recommended by buyers for that to be done by that there is a video on YouTube by buyer's products Explaining how you go through the firewall and add a grammar to run the control wire into the cab if they would like the video I can more than likely send it to them trying to talk to John or Chuck You get nowhere which services out there Chuck will hang up the phone on you and then we'll not talk to you no further And tell you that you have to deal with John Never once did they ask for the vehicle to be brought back in so they can overlook the vehicle At this point were beyond that The dealership of GM mothers has mentioned that this does not Meet no requirements of a plow install I'm going to send an email over to chucks Of the video of the proper install of a 1500 Chevy How to run the control wires through the firewall not incorrect by buyer's product The Sales rep for buyers product was very rude After our 1st conversation I contacted through email To buyer's product and yet have not been contacted Other than my case will be close since I have not responded to their response but I have not gotten no response from them I attach photos of what the problem is I fixed the wiring of everything else the grammar of the factory harness of the truck is still not fixed that is a Is a costly fix Have to replace the whole harness that that grammar is connected to just to replace the grammarThere is dimples in the fire Next to the ground for the factory harness that you drill through to make and use your own grammar to run the control wire into the cab
