This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever worked with. When you pay 60% upfront of a $12,000 update to your home, you expect them to work. They show up when they want and work half a day. They had two and half weeks to complete the job. This company didn’t even clear out of my home till the day of my move in date. They would do the sub par work and not even tell me about not completing something. I’d go and see my home and ask why it wasn’t done the way I wanted it? Excuses after excuses with this company. When I was in the middle of my move this company contacted me for payment, since my lower level was incomplete I said I’m not paying till this job is completely done. They threaten to put holes in my walls, take off my doors, hardware off my cabinets. They cussed at me through text messages because of my refusal. I told them I’d call the police if they went and damaged my home. What kinda of professional threatens a customer like that? When I did arrive at my home they left my garage door open and all my doors to the property open. These guys are common thieves and not professional contractors. They left a ton of things needing to be fixed in my new home. I’ll have to hire a professional company to fix all their mistakes. Do not use this company for any kind of remodeling. This mistake will cost me more because of using this company’s services.
