On 10/13/22, my administrative assistant placed an order of 30 North Face jackets w/ our company logo on the sleeve & paid $3,148.37 by check. Jackets were expected to be delivered by Christmas. I never received my order. I have offered to accept other products in lieu of the jackets & made several attempts to get a refund. To this date, Studio 617 has not complied. I have multiple pages of documented emails to/from them over the past 6 months (if you need them, I can provide), in which they acknowledge they will send the refund, have sent the refund, are willing to wire the refund or will replace the product - all without any follow through.
