I have e-mailed three months without any response. E-mails now come back not able to deliver. Phone's mailbox filled! I bought an over the fireplace TV mount and need a part ! Absolutely agree with recent reviews. Horrible customer support. Can’t leave messages and no responses to multiple emails. Too bad as good products. I would like to correspond to the company president or CEO. I’m interested why this situation is so.Review from Frank R

Terrible customer service. Placed an order and they never shipped it. I emailed them to inquire about my order status and they never responded. I later received an email saying they canceled the order with no explanation.Review from Melissa

I have tried contacting this company several times multiple ways on a pair of speakers the company I work for purchased. The ac/dc cord shorted after 6 months of use. This is nearly impossible to find as it seems to be very specific. Zero response or help from customer service. Now I have a pair of $200 speakers we cannot use.
