            I took my Mini-Aussie in and asked that he be shaved very close from _the neck down_ (like a marine haircut). Instead, the groomer totally shaved him him including his head, disregarding what I asked for I asked for. Called and spoke with Chris, the owner, later and complained and she offered to reduce the grooming ffee next time...I told her I was moving out of state and that that would be of no help . I heard no other offers from her and asked if this what she called customer service. She again offered a reduced fee on the next grooming so I asked if there's anything else that she could do. There was silence. So I finally said "the least you could do is to offer a refund for part of the fee if not the whole fee". She said nothing!! I, in exasperation asked if "no response/silence" was Pet-tastic's response to my call. Still silence after 2 minutes of waiting. So I slammed down the phone in frustration!! 2.5 hours has elapsed since then -- and no call or email or text.

            I did reach out to Mr. R*** when my day was done when I had finished with dogs I had to groom for that day. It was after closing so I could talk to him without being disturbed and gave him time to calm down. This matter has been settled between us and Mr. ****. If he would have just given me some time to call him back.
