******* **** did my grass last year, and they did a good job. Prior to March 2023, I received a letter from ******* **** explaining that they were growing and unable to do my yard, but they had partnered with Buckeye Ecocare. Therefore, I didn't choose to do business with this company, but because the previous company had recommended them, I assumed they would perform just as well. My yard looks worse. Buckeye Ecocare did the first two rounds of treatment, and I did everything I needed to do to assist the treatment in making my yard grow. My Ring doorbell picked up their movement on the first two rounds. So, I paid the bill, thinking I would get results. They claimed to have done two more treatments, and this time, my trampoline had not been moved, treatment was not on any of my grass, and the Ring did not register any movement. I am not pleased with the results, and my yard does not even remotely look like they administered any treatments. They sent me another bill, and I have not paid them anything because I don't believe they did anything the last two times. They turned me into collections, so I am looking for that to be recalled, and nothing else is owed.

I called on 10/3/23 to find out if and/or when I was going to have my lawn treated. I was told the original technician had been injured and they were having several other technicians try to cover for him. I was told that I would have my lawn treated every 6 to 8 weeks. I had to cal to get each of the first 2 treatments done and for a lot of excuses as to why it wasn’t done without me calling and complaining. It has now been over 3 months since the last treatment and I had to call, I WAS NOT ON THE SCHEDULE, YET!!!! I demanded the remainder of my money back and told the lady to m the phone that “I do not have anything good to say about the company” and hung up. They do not do what they promise.

We have done business with Buckeye Ecocare for 10 years, this experience being the most disappointing. Person from the business called on 8/24 to set up an appointment/rudely inform us he would be out the next day for yard aeration. He arrived 8/25 to perform the service. (We have cameras on the front & back of our home so he was recorded the entire time.) He hurriedly drove the aeration machine through the front yard & only aerated parts of the side yard. Did not go in grass between the road/sidewalk. In the back he had only zoomed through half the yard when his equipment failed/broke down. For atleast 20 minutes he was on his phone, walking back/forth to his truck. He finally came back, started the machine up & drove it back to the truck where he then loaded it up on his trailer. He hung the bill on the door & left. Not only did he not complete the job, he damaged our property. Our lawn was destroyed. Huge areas of grass were ripped up & there are now holes all over. I called 8/26 to complain & spoke with Sharon who said she’d inform manager. 8/29 spoke with Kyle when he called to say he’d be out to spray fertilizer. 8/30 spoke with Kyle in person, he stated he’d take pictures & send to management. He also said he could see where manager was already aware of this issue, said it was evident the person did not use equipment correctly, causing damage. 9/2 called to follow up, left message for Manager **** *****. He returned my call within 4 hours, stated he’d be out 9/7 to check damage & “make things right.” He also stated employee that did the damage had since been let go & the business had received multiple complaints about this person. Mr. ***** never showed up here as he promised & I haven’t heard another word from him or the business. It is now 9/15 & I still have a half aerated yard with huge areas of missing grass. I have included pictures for reference. I do not feel I should have to pay for this service, since it was not complete & so much damage occurred.

Buckeye ecocare treated my lawn without permission from me. I didn't agree to this treatment nor did I get notified prior to the treatment. I tried to speak to someone at the company and I just kept getting transferred. I was transferred four times finally on the fourth time I had to leave a message. I was hoping that you can help me resolve this issue.
